Kid I went to HS with did this to his kid with methadone & it killed him. About a month ago I looked him up. Shipped around federal prisons. Currently in FL. This was probably 15 years ago.

It should be murder and some extra time tacked on for trying to take a shortcut instead of parenting correctly. My kid is 5 and there's still some days when it's a pain in the ass to get her to go to bed.
