Most of the time laws written around rape have to do with penetration, rather than just having sex. Which is why whenever a man is accused, it's always rape, as he has to penetrate to do it. Whereas with a woman, unless she's using a dildo or something else on the victim, there's almost no penetration, and thus, no rape to charge, and it gets knocked down to sexual assault or something else.

It's a law that needs to be rewritten correctly, as to make sure to hold women accountable as the same as men. It doesn't matter whenever there was penetration or not. If the sexual advances were not welcome, then it is rape. End of story.
