People are saying “She was preoccupied with two other kids”. She could’ve grabbed the toddler with one hand (You can hold a baby with one arm), kicked the kid over or yelled for the child not to go into the street. Literally could’ve done everything instead of just watching the kid go into the street 😡

The comments aren’t praising her? Although that’s really gross, we don’t know for sure what happened. She could been completely out of it and not realized at all what the kid was doing. (Hopefully that’s the situation.)
