She's a college student so she's an empty bag for the lawyers and probably not even worth the time. They will go after the school. I dont get how colleges are allowed to handle criminal cases like this in house and dont go to the police.

Thing is even if the girl is broke, she can be forced into bankruptcy and ruin her foreseeable future for being such a lying bitch.

Hope they do that then and maybe she has a big student loan that will follow her around for a while too.

At least you got a degree, i assume she got expelled too? That's some BS if he did and she doesnt after they found out she lied about the whole thing.
Edit: Apparently she graduated with a degree in journalism, wtf journalism. Sad thing is some trash feminist blog is probably going hire her.

Imagine being bankrupt but still having a massive student loan.
[–]PsycoLogged 29 points30 points31 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Most student loans are not dischargeable in bankruptcy. She can declare bankruptcy, but if he has a standing judgment against her, he can pop up at any time she gets money. Won the lottery? Maybe have a best selling book? He can collect.
[–]infamousnexus 9 points10 points11 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Get them wages garnished. If she has a job, she owes his ass her income.
[–]TacoRedneck 9 points10 points11 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
haha relatable
[–]CatDaddy09 44 points45 points46 points 4 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
Does bankruptcy forgive garnished wages? Fuck ruining her finances for a few years. She could always get lucky or make more money. Hell even a sad social media star for her "movement" she can somehow monetize after the fact. Garnished wages. Any dollar she makes in her life a percentage goes to the guy she accused until the agreed upon limit is met.
Otherwise just claim bankruptcy, shit credit for a few years, hard to get loans, but like that just sounds like everyone who just graduated college haha. She can eventually bounce back in no time and even game the system to minimize the impacts.
[–]lifeingotham 17 points18 points19 points 4 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
Hi there. A lifetime ago I worked at a company that garnished people's wages. I can tell you that it depends on the type of debt owed whether a bankruptcy affects it or not. We operated in mostly medical debt and a bankruptcy stopped the garnishments 100% of the time. Depending on the type of bankruptcy, people could also get out of ever paying it back, it just went away. It does however destroy your credit for a long long time which causes more difficulties than you would think about. You can be turned down for housing and jobs as well as credit and loans.
With rentals and mortgages, a garnishment didn't always end with a bankruptcy; the same was true for federal cases that included student loans. If an individual takes someone to small claims court and gets their own garnishment on someone, regardless of the type of bankruptcy the person files you are almost guaranteed that the garnishment will end. There were very rare cases of someone having a civil judgement against another individual and their bankruptcy didn't stop the garnishment but I'd wager that 99.99% of the time any kind of bankruptcy would end a garnishment between 2 individuals.
[–]FOldGG 12 points13 points14 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Since the Federal government took over school loans bankruptcy does not discharge school loans.
[–]GRE_Phone_ 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah this has been a thing for a long, long time. People in the 70s and 80s were just bailing on their debt, I think lol

I had the same job as the person who responded you did for about three years.
Know a little bit about what can be removed through bankruptcy though. Court fees, penalties and criminal restitution can't be removed in the U.S. through bankruptcy FYI. She'd be stuck with them.
[–]Xenjael 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
This is something people should know. I suspect the 'shame' of bankruptcy is something thats been assigned from the banking system, and doesn't represent reality.
For example, even the threat of bankruptcy is enough to change matters.
In my case, abusive relationship 2 years ago, took out 5,000$ loan to restart life, and things just fell flat.
For last year despite making sufficient payments bank sent account to collections, and no matter what I'd pay, they'd end up jiggling things so the amount never lowered.
So I decided to level the playing field. I looked up any laws in relation, and told them I'd either pay 3% as required by law per month indefinitely, or I'd just declare bankruptcy.
There was very brief pushback, and they caved immediately. I ended up settling with about 60% of loan paid, and I probably could have paid far less if I'd realized I could just do this sooner.
Half of getting you to pay is from their intimidation I've found. If you rip that away, things become far more manageable.
I've also caught them trying to open my bank account since closing it there, and putting overcharges on it, and I've gotten paid from that from counter suing on their ignoring our legal settlement.
So, if you go at it intelligently, things can work out fine.
[–]rumblith 17 points18 points19 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Someone else mentioned this putting her into bankruptcy but that is misleading.
You may like the truth better though. Court fees, penalties and criminal restitution can't be removed in the U.S. through bankruptcy FYI.
She could force herself into such a shit paying job over the next decade that they can't legally take any money from her but her life would be just as bad.
[–]trthorson 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Nor can student loans. She'll truly owe every dime if that happens
[–]Zugzub 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
You can.put a lien on her wages and tax returns. If she does.manage to buy a house you can put a lien on that also.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yup. Bankruptcies keep you from getting security clearances, bank and finance jobs, loans. All sorts of things.
[–]majorclashole 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

[–]RainDancingChief 66 points67 points68 points 4 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
That's retarded, my immediate response would be "Well, let's go to the police station right now and sort this out with them".
Why the fuck is a university allowed anywhere near a rape accusation? If you've been raped, go to the police.
[–]dalnot 63 points64 points65 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
And if you haven’t, go to the university because they’ll take your side without any evidence
[–]NewAgentSmith 33 points34 points35 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
I agree. Honestly I always felt like academia acts like their campuses are some kind of fiefdom where we give up our rights for the privilege of paying money to attend classes done by a professor who has more assistants then the president.

I was speaking more generally then just rape and sexual assault allegations but from when I was a kid in the 90s until I finished grade schools, high school and college all acted like they were above the law
[–]Commentariot 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
They aren't "allowed" they are required by law to do it this way.
[–]neotekz 31 points32 points33 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

[–]Darth_Kyryn 36 points37 points38 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
If you are accused you should go to a lawyer and let them them instruct you on how to proceed.
[–]neotekz 19 points20 points21 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Yah good call on the lawyer since the cops would likely side with the accuser and school.
[–]hawker101 -5 points-4 points-3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
The cops would do their job first and try to determine if there was a crime.
[–]alreadypiecrust 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is true. Just like the lawyers will do their JOB and try to inflame the situation until its a crisis then they can MILK the cow. For ALL it is worth. I love lawyers. Not.

[–]Nurum 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I know an adjunct professor that was fired (didn't have his contract renewed) because a student he gave a bad grade to accused him of sending inappropriate texts to her. He figured it was cut and dry because she obviously doctored the text print outs. So he said he would just have his phone provider send over his text records. The school denied this and said they were actually doing him a favor because if the complaint went through and he was found innocent it would still count as a complaint and no school would ever hire him again.

[–]orcscorper 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Campus police are normal police. They are sworn law enforcement officers. They are just not generally as good as city police officers, so they are stuck busting keggers every night.
Campus sexual assault tribunals can't criminally convict you, and they don't offer the accused protections such as the right to face your accuser or to not testify against yourself. They can only kick you out of school and destroy your career, so normal due process does not apply.
[–]Uptown_NOLA 18 points19 points20 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And add onto the fact that almost every college in the US has their own police force, who are full fledged police officers.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
So college with throw her off the boat ?
This was a result of Obama administration guidelines regarding mandatory investigation of sexual assault on campus
[–]Betterthanbeer 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
There is a stupid law that makes colleges do the investigation, rather than call the cops.
[–]Jman-laowai 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It should be mandatory reporting to the police. What a ridiculous notion that colleges should investigate a potential crime.
Schools have no choice. The DOE made sure if that several years ago.
[–]ScudstockI'm kind of a smug prick. So... 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]LovelessDerivation 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The 'mysterious loophole' you correctly claim has a name, btw. It's "University Policy". These are two words that any professor, adjunct, faculty or staff whip out in a flash like "Diplomatic Immunity" because any and all employed at the uni hear whiffs of litigation from the student community year in and out. Their the two words that shut down a students spirit to litigate on top of climbing the expensive mountain.
Here's the kicker. Someone could shoot someone else in the face right in front of me, yet leave me alive while they walk away. I'm talking they're holding up some scrap of black fabric while backing away and shouting "Diplomatic Immunity!!!" and someone else would still be the one to call the cops, and not because I was in shock or anything but because who tf knows if the guy actually had the immunity to perp in this instance? I don't wanna become 'Diplomatic Immunity Dana' now...
The reason they handle these cases comes from rad fems who wanted it that way and the Obama admin forcing schools to handle them or not receive federal funding.
We joke about radical feminism, but they have affected policy in a very negative light and shouldn't be just laughed off.
[–]WompaPenith 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I may be wrong, but I think this mostly just happens at private institutions where the school is able to conduct their own investigation in house and is not legally required to get law enforcement involved (unless it’s something like murder) since they don’t have any formal ties to the government for funding.
I attended a private school and personally know an ROTC member with a very high GPA who was accused of rape without any proper evidence. He ended up getting expelled, and it pretty much destroyed his life. Also, a good friend of mine whose on-campus living arrangement got revoked because he was accused of violently attacking one of his roommates, even though the alleged victim of the violence admitted that he was never physically attacked.
The sad truth is that private institutions will almost always take the side of the accuser and require very little evidence to punish the accused; they pretty much do what they can to get the case over with as fast as possible and get rid of the accused so that they won’t, in their mind, have to worry about anything else happening with said individual.
[–]fenixdragoon 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
it's because of the executive order Obama signed in 2012 I believe where he made colleges take sexual charges more seriously.

In the U.S., court fines, penalties and criminal restitution can't be removed through bankruptcy FYI. As long as they keep the judgement up before it expires (around 10 years depending on state) should be with her til death or paid in full.

Women aren't responsible for decisions made while drunk, but men are. It's the same reason women can't get DUIs.
[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I don't know where you're getting the 'women can't get DUI's'. Working related to Law Enforcement, every Officer I know is thrilled to bits for every DUI they can write up, no matter the gender. And courts care more about how procedure was followed, not gender either.
[–]Smaskifa 34 points35 points36 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
It was sarcasm, pointing out how silly it is to say that women aren't responsible for their actions while drunk when it comes to sex, but obviously they are when it comes to driving.
[–]TooFewForTwo 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Semi off-topic: in some places it takes hours to write out a DUI, so many police don’t file them for their entire careers.

Her mouth was then violently craving cock but it was the fault of the cock owner. Nonsense.
Well, some well ed-u-macated feminists have said lately that even if a woman shoves a mans cock down her own throat, its still NOT consensual. Basically if a woman rapes your dick with her mouth YOU are still the rapist.

He was sober enough to see how this might go South and to start recording the encounter on his phone. That makes the university's conduct even MORE aggregious. Usually this kind of thing boils down to he said/she said. In this case, there is an audio recording of the events. IT'S ON TAPE!
It stands to reason the guy isn't going to tape the encounter, then hand over the tape voluntarily if HE is the bad guy here.

Yes true but law suits don’t happen over night. The lawyer may have just now responded with a deposition. We also don’t know how long it took the college to finish the investigation. Yeah, but all she has to do is claim coercion. There's no good way to prove/disprove a claim of rape.
A girl who was begging for it right up until the act could change her mind for whatever reason, and a guy could force himself on her, and it would still be rape. Because that scenario could take place, you can't assume that clear consent leading up to the act means he didn't rape her.
It's easy to use that grey area to fuck up someone's life, if you're a woman of poor moral character. It essentially means men can do almost nothing to protect themselves fully from a rape allegation. At best, without a sworn statement of guilt from the accuser, you end up in the inconclusive pile. Legally, that means you're off the hook. But socially, and professionally, inconclusive means you're fucked.
[–]Red_robin12 51 points52 points53 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
At that point wouldn’t the girl have to prove coercion? There is evidence of her consenting so I’d think that the onus would fall on the girl to provide evidence of coercion
[–]boniggy 62 points63 points64 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
you would think/hope. Courts, these days, rule in favor of the woman all the time because of them being the weaker sex.
... but but muh equality??!?!

deleted What is this?
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yes. The consent doesn't mean no take backs...but it does provide evidence that the act at least was acceptable at one point and the onus is on the one disagreeing to provide evidence that the situation changed.
[–]bro_do_you_even_edge 41 points42 points43 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Look at Kavanaugh. He didn't even KNOW the women who accused him. They couldn't even prove they had ever met Kav, much less been molested by him. If we're at the point where anyone can just make up some shit with not a scintilla of proof and it is automatically taken as gospel, we might as well pack it up....it's over. Anyone can get got, at any time, for any reason, without ever having done anything wrong.

Plus it was decades ago, could have gone to the police, the information had been given to congress, and they sat on it for a couple weeks waiting to spring it to delay the confirmation. Then after they suspended the confirmation and they still couldn't make anything stick they tried to get another suspension...but it was denied. It was a total last digit effort without merit they thought might be able to buy them some time to sow enough distrust that he would be ousted.

Certain Male political figures already refuse to be alone in a room with a woman. Here's a Huffpo article about Kamala Harris "slamming" Mike Pence for limiting his one on one time with women...when it's women making false accusations like OP shows here that are responsible for this. Here's another article that's broader than Pence, although includes him as well.
[–]boniggy 13 points14 points15 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
nice articles, thanks!
I couldn't agree more with them. I also appreciate the stance that Pence is taking as one of our countries leaders. As a male with wife/kids/career.. its just NOT worth it.

Could still happen even with a ring on the finger. Sticking your dick in a living hole is a dangerous proposition now more than ever. Would explain why sex dolls are in demand and the feminists are frothing at the mouth in rage at this.
That won't help. Women do not need sex to make false accusations. All they have to do is say X raped me. The could never have met X before and still, Xs life would be over.
LOL that is never going to happen. It has never happened in the history of mankind and it never will. Pussy is too powerful.

Coercion is not illegal. Getting tricked is not illegal per se. Otherwise all the flashy, diamond wearing douchbags in clubs or people that pretend to be richer than they really are could be held liable for coercion. People coerce in the dating scene a lot of the times. For example driving an expensive car or wearing a rolex to impress and fool the opposite sex can be coercion.
[–]potatocakesssss 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Coercion means forced/threatened mate.

When the alternative is someone ruining my life with a false rape accusation, you're god damn right I care more about myself than some random hookup.
I don't exist to sacrifice myself for some psycho bitch. No man does.
Consider the post you're on dude. This guy didn't even fuck her and he was still expelled because of her accusation. He said no, and this creepy bitch decided to try to ruin his life. The only thing that saved him from potential criminal proceedings was him recording her. There are plenty more stories of women lying about being raped as well.
She clearly didn't give a fuck about his consent and when there are people like that walking free in the world out there, I don't care. Men have a right to protect themselves.

That won’t hold up in any court on any country on the planet. Voice recordings can easily be coerced. All she would have to say is he was holding a knife to her throat during the recording.

[–]DelicateLilSnowflake -3 points-2 points-1 points 4 years ago* (8 children) | Copy Link
It’s called “an agreement made under duress” and their are thousands of such cases. Get off your lazy ass and Google it. Or you can keep wasting your time with your consent recordings that won’t hold up in any court. Have fun with that, retard, and enjoy your rape conviction.
[–]baycityvince 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duress_in_American_law
Anyways, consent can be withdrawn at any time, even after your gay little recording.
[–]KingOfTheP4s 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
They'd have to provide evidence it was made under duress...
[–]DelicateLilSnowflake -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago* (3 children) | Copy Link
That’s not how it works. It would be inadmissible as evidence. Any prosecutor who isn’t completely retarded could get it thrown out of court. Not just because it could’ve been made under duress, but because people can revoke sexual consent at any time even after consenting. For that reason alone, there is no chance in hell the recording would ever be shown to a jury.
If I sign a sexual consent form and then we break up, would that give you permission to rape me every day for the next 10 years? Do you think that would really fly in a rape trial? Because of the nature of sexual consent, sexual consent agreements are inherently non-binding.
[–]KingOfTheP4s 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
By that logic, all security camera footage would be inadmissable
[–]DelicateLilSnowflake 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

[–]jaxRshrooms 109 points110 points111 points 4 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link
Happened to my friend at Indiana university. They were both drunk had consensual sex and she admitted it was consensual and then Indiana still found him guilty of sexual assault when she turned around and accused him. They said that she couldn't consent. They were both drunk. It's a bias against men in college sexual assault cases that are not handled by authorities.

The reason why this sub existed
[–]like_a_horse 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Well neither party can technically consent in that situation but the party that initiated the encounter is considered guilty. Morale of the story is if you want to be save never have sex with someone who has been drinking anything at all (we all know people won't do this tho)
[–]MillionsOfLeeches 20 points21 points22 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Why is this upvoted? Humans should have agency if they are in control of their faculties. I can definitely technically consent when I’m “drunk.” Maybe I can’t consent when I’m blackout drunk, but when I’m just “pretty drunk,” I can (and will) enjoy a consensual bumping of uglies.
Why are we starting to repress ourselves again? What is it with this fucked up new-age, pearl clutching, cult of limp-wristed pussocracy? We’ve become so fucking soft, that we’re bubble wrapping ourselves in a set of new bullshit laws that protect absolutely nobody from real, actual harm. The only thing this shit does is make people fearful of each other. For fuck’s sake, the greatest flaw of humanity might be the fact that when we succeed, we get weak and doughy, and civilization falls the fuck apart. Ugh!
[–]BrowsingNastyStuff 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Most people agree with you, but it just so happens that the people who dont are the ones in power enforcing these standards. So for pragmatic purposes, its smarter to be wary of sexual encounters.
[–]like_a_horse 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Because it's a good way to ensure you never get accused of rape in a situation where according to the start you committed rape
[–]pringlescan5 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Pretty sure they are just using "Drunk sex = Rape by Man" not "Who initiated? They raped the other drunk person".
[–]like_a_horse 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Not in my state it matters who initiated the encounter. In cases where this can't be determined but one side still wants to press charges then both parties are brought up on rape charges.
[–]pringlescan5 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It's not just my view point it's the law in my state
[–]BearsWithGuns 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I didnt mean to pin it on you specifically. I mean in general. I disagree with those laws. I think they're ignorant of personal responsibility and are often executed or advertised in biased ways which pins the blame on men while unfairly painting women as irresponsible for their own actions (which only serves to damage women's independence).

[–]ConAirInmate 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Actions have consequences and this cunt made a phony claim. Perhaps her parents will help her admit she's fucking wrong by getting sued.
[–]theboxman154 -5 points-4 points-3 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
So we should punish people that didn't even do it? That just sounds the same as feminist saying, "some men rape, so let's punish them all, perhaps that will make the good men make the bad men admit they were wrong." You want to do the same things that MRAs dislike about feminism

For those wondering it’s Souad Faress, she played a high priestess.
[–]magicmurph 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
There aren't really high priestesses in Game of Thrones. I know this isn't super important but I'm a big asoiaf fan and I spent a long time trying to figure out who you were talking about before I realized IMDB exists.
Souad Faress played the leading crone of the Dosh Khaleen, a group of prior Khaleesis, or wives to the warlords.

I don't think it can be given that at no point were we, the general public made aware of A) the gag order and B) any form of legal standing.
In the UK everything is illegal. You get a police visit and fines of up to 15000£ just for watching the wrong youtube video or making an offensive comment. If memory serves, the anti terrorisim act is how the justify it. The fact that he can't name someone who clearly severely damaged the mans life is unsuprising.

If someone has already named her, they borked the injunction, not you.
You are fine to name her. You can claim, quite rightly, that you are acting on the information they said, and not what the court told you not to say. Also add, allegedly
[–]DevilishRogue 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That doesn't help. No evidence, nor interaction is needed for a false accusation. And even if consent was given and recorded, she can just claim you met up with her the next day and then raped her.

A woman did something like that to me once. I was accused of sexual harassment because I told a woman she had a spot on her shirt. Even though there were witnesses saying that I was only pointing out a stain, I still had to go through all kinds of mandatory training for harassment and ended up losing the job anyway
I kind of liked that job but now I work for a company that pays better so no harm no foul but that woman is still a B

How can you accuse someone of rape? Lmao. If there is no proof that he did so (via witnesses or a rape kit), it’s just an accusation. Since when can women ruin a man’s life based on an accusation? Does that mean I can go around accusing women of sexual assault when they touch me in public?

So according to Columbia, she was too drunk to consent to not having sex....
The woman did not report the assault to police but reported it to faculty a week after it allegedly took place, according to the lawsuit. Feibleman, who accused Columbia of “anti-male” gender bias in the suit, claimed the female student was the real aggressor. According to him, the unnamed alleged victim pulled his face into her breasts following an “hours long” flirtation, the New York Post reported. Consensual kissing and fondling took place in the student’s room, Feibleman claimed. He rejected her frequent attempts to get him to engage in sex, citing the fact that the woman was currently in a relationship with another man. But despite the recorded evidence that Feibleman alleged proved he had not assaulted the woman, Columbia investigators determined he was responsible. The school found that the female student was unable to consent because she was too drunk.

I was falsely accused by a 65 year old bald female professor because she became embarrassed that she didn't know her own material. Told me that if I questioned her again she'd start saying that I was touching and grabbing her. I went through multiple administrators, one of which tried to help and was immediately fired. The other three told me that it was my fault for allowing the professor to speak to me behind a closed door. The only reason I did speak to her behind a closed door is because she demanded every other student out of the room and said I had to stay. She did it solely so that there were no witnesses. The other 3 administrators I met with after the initial one was never seen again, all said that I needed to do whatever she said and I was completely at her mercy because I would lose the case no matter what. For the rest of the semester, I was constantly harassed by her and received the lowest possible grade, to a tenth of a percent, that would allow me to pass her class since she didn't want me in her class again, on every subjective assignment for the next 3 months. I am now spending an extra $8500 because I need to work around her as a professor, when she is the only one that teaches classes I need to graduate. This needs to change.

[–]Runfatboyrun911 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
At this point, I'm graduating in one semester and moving halfway across the country, so having to come back for every court date that would get pushed back 4-5 years, not to mention the thousands in legal fees, it makes more sense to just suck it up and let her live the miserable life she's built for herself
[–]ShadeTorch 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Record, record, record. That's fucked up dude and I feel she'll pull some shit to make sure you don't graduate. I would make sure your state is a one person consent state so you don't get in legal trouble and even if it's not still record. You have to have something to protect yourself with.
[–]Runfatboyrun911 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
That's easy to say, but I wasn't exactly expecting my professor to randomly accuse me of all this nonsense. Unless I perpetually recorded my entire day it's impossible to predict when someone has extremely malicious intent like that.
Of course I'm not saying you should have but I'm saying do it now. Yes I know it sounds extra but if it means you can graduate without worries of her lying about some shit that never happened then it's worth it. Your school obviously don't give a shit about you so you have to defend yourself.

This is why I always start my phone’s audio recording prior to the first bang. One time I went out with a girl who got wasted leaving a Halloween party, fell in the mud and scraped up her knees and then begged me to stay and fuck her. Had to get that audio recording (even though I didn’t stay) because whether I did or didn’t, that would have been a very convincing accusation.

I dont get it, if a guy is hot and doesnt wanna sleep with a woman why not just tell her you are gay? 😂
I'd rather be thought of as gay than be in his situation. But then, I'm not a homophobe so I dont care if anyone thinks I'm gay. Modern problems require modern solutions people. 🙄
Dude was already making out with her, she’s not gonna take that as an excuse. “Oh yeah I forgot I’m gay, leave me alone” plus posing as a gay person when you’re not could have repercussions itself. A select few gay people are very vocal when it comes to gatekeeping their sexuality. Usually saying people who are bi aren’t gay/bi, because they aren’t currently with a same sex partner. But it’s better to get harassed for lying about your sexuality than having your entire life be destroyed at the hands of some salty cunt who can’t take rejection. Personally I find it very interesting she did this, there’s a belief that women hold the power when it comes to sex and they get to pick and choose who they want to do it with. Her being rejected probably really confused her and she didn’t understand wtf was going on when he said he no.

At this point I feel like I should have a GoPro recording, on top of my head, when I am whithin 100 yards of a woman.
[–]gamerlady1937 -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Why was he randomly recording? Was he expecting her to claim she’d been raped?
[–]TheWhiteUrkle 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Apparently when they got to her room he didn't want to mess around anymore and she got upset and flipped on him for a bit until she bit him. He probably started recording once he realized she was nuts.
No I doubt that's what it was...but this stuff happens to much to many real girls get raped and to many women yell rape to get revenge on young men that crossed them...its just a fu*ked world we call home

This is a screenshot... of a headline... from a possibly made up news source...
What are we doing discussing this? Where is an actual source and why isn't that posted in OP instead of a screenshot of a headline from an unknown "news source"?

Closest thing I could find to a real story, and even it cites the NY Post.

This post is BS: "According to him, the unnamed alleged victim pulled his face into her breasts following an “hours long” flirtation, the New York Post reported. Consensual kissing and fondling took place in the student’s room, Feibleman claimed. He rejected her frequent attempts to get him to engage in sex, citing the fact that the woman was currently in a relationship with another man". Fieblman acted like a dumbass for flirting for an hour and kissing her when he knew she was in a relationship, but then doesn't want to have sex? Something doesn't add up here.

She could have stank that's enough for me to pass on the smash
[–]the_revenator 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
If she smelled so badly, why would he engage in an hour long flirtation and kissing session?
[–]Dasbo- 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Lol, there's a recording bro, there no point in making up weird theories when there's evidence of what happened.
[–]the_revenator -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
The recording is but a moment in time. It reveals not what occurred prior or after filming stopped.
[–]Dasbo- 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

B-BUT THE RECORDING IS BUT A MOMENT IN TIME!!!!!, IT DOESNT PROVE ANYTHING!!!!
that's you, that's how you sound playing the devil advocate.
You are, of course, entitled to your own opinion . . .
[–]CatalystEXE 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Wow, you're genuinely upset that this guy didn't rape her.
Hate has blinded you
[–]the_revenator 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
And you are being silly for assuming I'm upset he did not rape her. What I'm saying is that by his own admission he was engaged in sexual activity (flirting, kissing) with the woman. While I admit there is a possibility that while he was attracted to her sexually (enough to flirt and kiss); he nevertheless decided not to go further. However, it seems unlikely -most hedonistic, humanistic fellows today can't wait to get their carrots wet. Therefore, it seems likely that there is more to his side of the story than we have heard . . .

You’re actually wrong and I have a personal story to refute your claim of “no woman would lie”. October of last year I had a girl who I thought was a friend over and we were hanging out just watching tv and she left shortly after. Three days later I get a knock on the door from the local police department asking me to come in to be questioned relating to a sexual assault. I told them I had no clue what they were talking about and I didn’t. Apparently said girl had cheated on her boyfriend and forgot to cover up the hickey on her neck when she saw him the next time and didn’t want to tell him that she had received it consensually so she filed a false police report against me. I was grilled for hours and called a liar by the police until I remembered I had security cameras installed in my apartment and as soon as I told them that they pretty quickly stopped their questioning. The next day she drops her charges and ends up getting a misdemeanor for filing a false claim that could have put me in jail for years.
Moral of the story is: people male or female are liars and will do crazy shit to make themselves benefit in some way or another.
My example is one of many like it I just had the foresight to protect myself.
[–]iamonlyoneman 15 points16 points17 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
filing a false claim should carry the same sentence as the thing they were claiming someone did.
[–]mikehod 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Kudos to you for being lucky and having those cameras! In the future, however, DONT EVER VOLUNTARILY GO WITH THE POLICE FOR QUESTIONING. Tell them unless you’re being arrested you aren’t going anywhere. Then call a lawyer and do what he/she says
What the fuck are you?
[–]Drugslugs 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Around 2 to 10 percent of rape accusations are false
[–]The_Great_Sarcasmo 11 points12 points13 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Of course if you were honest you would have to admit that no one really knows what actual percentage is and it could be a lot higher.
[–]Drugslugs 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Tru tru
Sure, but the statement was that NO woman would do this...so any number at all refutes that ridiculous statement.
[–][deleted] 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
They do it all the time, and back in the day quite racially against black guys. A few decades ago some cunty women who were caught doing something they shouldn't be would simply blame a nigger. Nobody thought twice about locking up a black guy, because obviously the wholesome white women wouldn't lie.
[–]anticultured 12 points13 points14 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Do you guys know how humiliating it would be for a woman to be perceived as being raped?
It’s usually the opposite. For a very small percentage it might be humiliating, but a vast majority no. That’s partly why women have expanded the definition of what it means to be raped.
For a certain percent they get off on being the center of attention, particularly in the form of a victim as people tend to bend over backwards for you. If they can't naturally be the victim they'll create a situation in which they can be.
[–]Dasbo- 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Her stupidity it's raping my brain.
[–]dazenzi 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I've ben in huge problems bc a psycho girl that I had rejected had tried to convince people I raped her. So glad It wasn't fucking 2019 by then and that I still live(d) in a judiciary state, cus I was the one who went to the police and she suddenly got silent. You're a piece of shit if you believe no female can lie about being raped. What's next, men can't be sexually assaulted?
[–]DevilishRogue 9 points10 points11 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Most rape accusations are false. Upwards of 90% if we go by the evidentiary requirements for a successful prosecution and look at how many cases even get to court. Women do it for attention, sympathy, revenge, to cover up affairs, sociopathy, etc. Lying about others is simply one of the ways women exert their soft power.
