Lead by example.

She will naturally follow.

As you said it’s great she asked but she won’t be naturally inclined to act out the “answer” if she doesn’t feel like you’re “worthy” to follow. So you lead by example in all things while maintaining standards that you require of her.

First off, the top comment by Yireh1107 is garbage in regard to training your wife.

Scripture is clear that it is useful for training:

16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

And it's a husband's responsibility to a wife that he love for her for the purpose of Sanctification, which includes all of which is Scripture and in particular training in righteousness.

25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, 26 so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.

That said the question you should be asking yourself as the leader of the relationship is:

What are my Biblical roles and responsibilities?
What are my wife's Biblical marital roles and responsibilities?
How can we both fulfill them better?

Since your wife is your helper and under your authority (Gen 1-3, Eph 5, Tit 2, Col 3, etc.), it is your job to decide how she is going to help you. Thus, she is actually asking a very important and good question about how she can help you better.

This means that you need to actually be doing things for Christ -- God's mission -- in order for her to have things to help you with and you need to tell her where she fits in to all of this.

First of all you never train anybody but yourself.... go back to the drawing board on this question RP is about taking responsibility for your own crap and then moving and acting with purpose. The fact that she asked you that shows her heads is going in the right direction but the ultimate goal is to be a whole person for yourself and in turn you can be an example she can follow to be the best her she can be. God has given her everything she needs to be a woman you’ can’t train her bc you don’t know what it is to be a woman. RP is about defining what your best self is and going forth as long as you’re focused on someone else being the issue or having things to fix you lose energy you should be using to develop you.

specific things would be submission as per 1 Peter 3 and Ephesians 5, practically that would be not complaining constantly, crushing hypergamy with the Holy Spirit, giving you sex whenever you need it, and being a good help meet.
