My gut reaction is to use them to knock some sense in you for marrying an unbeliever and getting lost in you blue pill ideologies. But I know that speech would probably be more than your heart can handle right now. We're here for you.

Or at least try. I'm sorry you have to go through this. /u/Red-Curious is right, there aren't words. Not that I can come up with. I'll share some thoughts though. I pray God helps you through this.

And that God gives you strength for this situation, as well as wisdom and knowledge to know exactly what to do, and the courage and boldness to follow though.

Listen to me: It's easy to beat yourself up over this and drown in your sorrows. But don't let it linger. Yes, this sucks. It's a horrible situation. Insert every negative adjective here and express your emotions as needed.

It's almost never good to bottle everything up nor to wallow in sorrow and self pity for days on end.

Get it out and then know it's time to move on.

Second, know you're not unique.

And I don't mean that as a "knock" on you, but rather a reassurance of sorts. There are many others who simply made very poor choices and ended up in similar or worse circumstances than you.

It's not that God's out to get you, or bad things just happen because that's how you are, or you had it coming, etc. Get that nonsense, if any, out of your head.

You're not so different (better or worse) than others who made bad decisions.

Now, speaking of, let's talk about those decisions.

This goes to you and to any others reading this. How many times does it have to be said? Do. Not. Ever. Marry. A. Non-Christian! Never. Ever.

And to be unequivocally clear, I don't mean a "Well she says she is!" type of girl. But one who genuinely loves the Lord, clearly demonstrates the fruits of the Spirit, and is evidenced by her consistent actions.

But here you are, so here's what you do. You become unmovable in your faith and your walk with God. She bends to your will (as you bend to God's) and she responds well or she breaks.

But you better never give in to her, follow her ways, or choose her paths. To quote an old verse, "Choose you this day whom ye will serve... but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD."

Because often enough, hard core feminists don't make committed, feminine wives who love you and want to led by godly men.

They do things like get abortions and laugh about it to their friends sand family.

This is not to "rub salt in the wound." It's to talk sternly enough to get you to sit up and take notice and let these truths sink in, so that you never make these kinds of mistakes again.

There are also reasons why it's strongly recommended one never marries a single mom. One big reason is you will always be second, third or worse and it's tough to make a relationship work like that.

That's the polite version.

Granted, God takes us in with all of our baggage, whatever it is, but He requires us to put Him first. He also requires many, many other things and I'm only writing a very general statement here so you don't run to our relationship with Him as an example of encouraging men to marry single moms.

Yes, I've seen examples of where it works OK and the marriage seems solid, and maybe it is, but there are many more examples of it not working out and plenty of reasons why.

There's distrust and indifference, as she didn't tell you. Not even after the fact. There's a coldness and hard-heartedness.

There's a downright glee in hiding it and laughing about it behind your back, as evidenced by the text she sent her sister.

My guess is this type of woman would be primed to devour a d**k that is not yours, takes joy in dispensing pain, and gets off on having power and control in a relationship.

And that she plans to use you as a meal ticket if you're financially well to do or even moderately so.

I'd love to be wrong. I hope I am.

But here's the "good" things.

You found out early (or earlier). I'm not sure how long you're been married. Better now than later though.

God can do the impossible, but you better not have your head in the clouds, you have to be willing to move mountains and you're going to have to make some hard decisions going forward.

No one likes going through tough times, but you're in a position to make very positive changes and now have the motivation to do so. It's easy to have head knowledge about the Bible or RP and other things, but when people go through extremely tough circumstances, they have a drive and motivation and experience that is very, very difficult to match compared to someone who hasn't gone through something similar.

You have that. It hurts beyond belief, I'm sure. Use it to make very positive and good and godly changes in your life.

Wow. I'm so sorry, brother. This is one of the many reasons we are not to be yoked together with unbelievers. It's also one of the awful consequences when you live in a feminist society where men don't have to consent before women can legally murder their children. I am recently married to a 60 year old who was adamant about having kids. So I paid for her to adopt like 7 Swedish girls; over $100,000 in money. Idk she’s like 200 lbs overweight so raising them has been hard work..... she ran out of money last year but won’t go back to work, so now I’m left with two mortgages and car payments.

I ask myself sometimes why I’m doing this; I’m only 32 years old. She’s gonna need a couple surgeries in a year or two also, so what am I doing with my life? My friends say I’m an idiot but I love her. That’s what you do for love

Abortion is the ultimate expression of Hypergamy. Nothing says "He's not the right guy to be the father of my children" like the unchallenged capacity to abort a man's genetic legacy in utero.

I’m sad for you, truly. It’s really important to talk about these things in the vetting process, to get a handle on how your future spouse values human life.

People do make mistakes so I’d always forgive but it’s a tough pill to swallow, her laughing about it.

My heart goes out to you. Maybe some counselling is in order. I wonder what her rabbi would say to such a display.
