Very important section on the true meaning of love and debunks the myth of romantic love. People don't just "fall in love" uncontrollably and love is not just a feeling. A person chooses who to love.

Also learn about defense-mechanisms, laziness, lack of discipline, and other impediments to spiritual growth, along with accepting responsibility, understanding your unconscious and it's role, and the acceptance of the first line of the book - "Life is difficult."

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
