So this bit from the 5 Love Languages website explains Quality Time, but it strikes me as if it’s written for/by female.

If you’re an extrovert or your man is slightly more introverted, this “side by side time” concept is one you’ll need to learn sooner rather than later!

We do side by side when we can. Often that's him watching tv or gaming, and me studying or cross-stitching

I love this! One thing my fiancee and I are trying is actually using the "pomodoro" technique. We work side by side then take a little break and kiss and cuddle for 5 min, then go back to what we were doing :)
