How about Red and Kitty Foreman from That 70's Show? Aside from her obvious (hilarious) problem with alcohol I always thought she was a fantastic TV mom.

I would say Morticia and Gomez from the Addams family, that love each other so much and make an effort to let each other know constantly (despite being a little weird).

Also great is Vito's wife in "The Godfather" (at least the book). She is the respected matriarch of a powerful family but seldom appears, to confort her children and husband and trust her man and not ask prying questions

Here's something I read recently:

She apparently helped her husband through some difficult years when he was drinking and running around being irresponsible. And when they were dirt poor. Later, her husband became rich and famous, but they still live in the same simple house as before, and her husband says he's indebted to his wife for many, many things.

Kind of sweet. I guess that's an example of traditional southern values, here in the U.S. Very different from the kind of values I was brought up with.

Up until now I had always thought that the movie "American Beauty" was the story of a couple having a mid-life crisis. Now I believe Kevin Spacey's character is a man who swallowed the red pill after realizing his wife was a controlling, cheating, insecure, bitch. It was a truly disturbing movie, but it did present Spacey's character in a sympathetic light. At least I think so. Others may complete disagree with my line of thinking.

Some animated wives are pretty RP. Marge from the Simpsons and Lois from family guy (sure she's a bit ridiculous if you look at her by herself, but she matches Peter well.)

Also the mom character from the walking dead, she steps up not only to get behind Rick, but also constantly reaffirms him to the group. On occasion she brings him issues, always in private. She's not perfect, but you can really see her struggle and then come to the right or wrong decisions.

This one is a pretty old movie but it's definitely a classic; Swiss Family Robinson! I think the relationship between the mother and father shows that she trusts him, follows his leadership, and she supports him, in turn his actions show he is continually thinking of her happiness. When they discover that they are shipwrecked the father jumps into action and the wife follows instead of having a meltdown. The father builds a real house for his family, even if it's in a tree, while the wife makes it a soft landing place by making curtains and making it feel like a home. He goes out of his way to bring the piano off the ship and make her a kitchen with running water and an icebox. Roberta allows Fritza to feel in charge like a protector when he is teaching her to shoot a gun and fight off the Pirates even though she already knows how. Instead of pushing him aside and making him feel stupid or showing off she allows him to take care of her and be her protector.

I was a huge Little House on the Prairie reader when I was a kid - I always admired Ma and Pa Ingalls. They love each other so much, and she is the best definition of a soft place to land, even through all of the hardship and tragedy they endure.

I always think of Maria and Captain Von Trapp immediately when asked this question. Near the end of the movie when Max is trying to get the Captain to play along with the Germans Maria says something along the lines of, "I can't ask him to be less than he is."

I love that line.

Alas, in real life, I understand Maria was very controlling.

I can't stand Catelyn Stark. She didn't defer to her husband and instead took matters into her own hands, acting completely recklessly and starting a fight that led to her husband's death all because she was an emotional train wreck. And she was always passive aggressive about the whole Jon thing. I think I may have been one of the few who rejoiced when I read the Red Wedding chapter.

But I love ASOIAF and it is full of RP wisdom not just for relationships.

I think Dany and Kahl Drogo had a good relationship.

The SyFy show Defiance had an alien race with an interesting RP type dynamic (ish) but the main character couple from said race went south because he was power hungry and she went full feminist.

Stan and Francine from American Dad come to mind.

In a fairly stereotypical right-wing but brutally honest kinda way. My favourite episodes of them are: "Francine's Flashback", "Stanny and Frantastic", "Killer Vacation" and "Familyland"

Episodes that aren't my favourites but are pretty redpill "Shallow Vows" (which is Fran admitting female hypocrisy over hating men valuing beauty and sex but she values Stan making it so she's not the provider) and there's something interesting in "Hurricane" about deferring, (Fran is mostly content in deferring but she gets angry that he let's his ego get in the way of letting someone else take control in situations he's bad in) that I don't know if RPW would agree with but I still found it interesting from that POV.

I like the episodes where they are just a fun couple more though.

A lot of the examples would be grounded in a religious sense of duty and not necessarily a red pill knowledge/impulse of the dynamic at work. This is why the couples that would stand out to me would be outlow couples, mostly the cases of women doing anything for their man out of unwithering devotion, going beyond legality and social acceptance.

I have not read the books, although would be willing to read segments featuring Catelyn Stark, but I'll excitedly say that, during my first impressions of Game of Thrones, she was my favorite character. I miss her.

Fully agree about Kitty from That 70s Show. I relate to her so much, and kind of strive to be like her. And my boyfriend's relationship quirks and temperament are comparable to Red's! (Although, my BF's mindset is on point with Bill Burr - another celebrity.)

Speaking of ASOIAF- I think Margaery has potential. I loved her in the books, not so much the show (she's where I got my name).

In all honesty, Brienne is actually a good RP woman example. Not aesthetically pleasing and not exactly feminine but her devotion and willingness to defer. She is a good, honorable woman. She was devoted to Renley.
