As some of you might know, I had to be treated for melanoma recently. They did find one of my lymph nodes to be positive, so they had to do a full lymph node dissection on the right side of my face. This is pretty the worst surgery I've ever had to recover from, but I'm starting to get better now. Maybe well enough to go into work next week. The problem is I'm still quite noticeably swollen, in my face. It's pretty much resulted in me looking at least 200lbs overweight... just in my face.

I know this is a subreddit full of women who keep themselves in good shape, so the question "how do I conceal my fat" is something most of you have never dealt with, but it's the only place I could think to turn because you guys will at least understand the fact that I don't want to look fat.

Picture added for reference. This is the best picture I could find, except I have a more defined and prominent double chin. This is due to the fact that it's swelling pushing it forward, rather than fat. I was horrified to learn, while looking for an image, that I actually look worse than most fat girls, because my double chin shows up more, which is why this is an image of a girl in fat suit. (So, maybe more like 300lbs? I really have no idea, I know it's bad).

I really do not want to be seen like this. Please, can you help a girl out?

Or alternatively, a super secret method to reduce swelling quickly?
