Dresses are the quickest thing to put together. Quicker than coordinating tops with jeans or skirts. I also find you save money with them on the long-run, also space in your closet etc. You're young and our times are extremely forgiving, you dont even need to have the shoes to pull a cute dress off, even a classic sneaker would do nowadays. (I detest those with convoluted, fugly platforms that look like they were designed by toddlers - but that's me; and again, someone young in a dress can get away with a lot).

I love sundresses because they’re easy, effortless, and feminine.

If you want even more casual, look for refined cuts in basic pieces. Instead of a crewneck short sleeve t-shirt, opt for an off the shoulder half-sleeve top in the same material. Instead of denim cut off shorts, go for white tailored shorts. Swap out your Birkenstocks for some white leather sneakers or flats.

Dresses! Once you get stared you never go back. I love when stitch fix asks what size jeans I wear. I literally haven’t worn jeans in 8+ years. I have dresses for all occasions, but for super casual days, I just buy simple cotton pattern dresses on Amazon. They pill and fade after about a year from washing, because they are pretty cheap…so… just get new patterns every so often. That works best for me. I’m a big fan of finding a flattering cut/style etc, and then buying multiple colors. Calvin Klein sheath dresses and Ralph Lauren work really well for me. Ivanka Trump dresses too, that used to be my favorite. But without getting political, I don’t buy that stuff any more and I don’t know if her brand is still active.

Hi! I’m a college student too, and I’ve been making an effort to actively dress more feminine over the last year or two. Let me just say, it may be hard to switch over to all dresses and skirts and what not so keep in mind, it’s okay to wear jeans when you want to wear jeans! For me, dresses are more flattering and comfortable and I like to dress them up with jewelry, makeup, tights, and shoes with coordinating colors.

If you find you’re wearing a more masculine outfit for whatever reason (there’s many in college), try to accessorize and add feminine flairs (makeup, hair, perfume). I recently started experimenting with blush and it adds such a nice touch!

I still wear vans and converse most of the time, but with a cute dress on and some intentional makeup, I definitely feel girly yet comfortable walking to and around campus.

One last note, I’ve been trying to get my hands on more longer dresses, as I feel they are such an effortless and modest style that once you start wearing you won’t look back! It can be intimidating at first but trust me they look good on almost anyone.

Soft fabric pants are usually styled in a feminine styles. Not sure where you’re from but Target seems to always have comfortable feminine clothes. White looks good on everyone and gives a soft delicate look.

Some comfortable pieces all together might look like pajamas so perhaps mix a comfortable blouse with a skirt or the most comfortable jeans you have or wear the comfortable pants with a nice blouse.

For shoes, explore what type of flat shoes suits your comfort and is the most flexible with your outfits. I have a pair of chunky Fila gym shoes and I wear them with dresses and skirts. They suit the style very well and my feet are nice and comfy wherever I walk.

This is a bit easier with Summer clothes but for fall or winter, it’s pretty simple finding comfy sweaters. And you could even style a sweat shirt with a pencil skirt or whichever skirt you think looks best.

For about 15 years now.... I've been known for my scarf collection. And let me tell you.... Men always have something to say about them.

Jeans, flats, basic knit top, with a bandana or a drapery scarf. Basic t shirt dress, with a jean jacket, Sandals, and yet again.....a bandana or a scarf. Always polished. To me... Polished and put together is the most feminine thing. It doesn't have to be about dresses.

I wore sneakers, jeans, t shirt, flannel, with a vest and a baseball hat last winter. My shirt was tucked in, the sleeves of the flannel were rolled up, pretty sure I had some bracelets on. Comfort and cute were my goals. Went to my SOs house after my errands and he said "you look nice and sporty!" Swatted me on the butt. I don't even know that I had make up on! But he could tell I put some thought into what I had on. I didn't just pull on leggings, flip flops, and a huge sweatshirt.

I think the Daily Connoisseur says "Look presentable always" and that's my motto too.

I also have a growing collection of feminine work out clothes for the gym and lounge clothes that I wouldn't be embarrassed to have unexpected company in.

I really Like to watch Anna bey on YouTube, she has great tips for feminine and elegant styling. I personally love linen dresses and linen trousers also cause they’re so good for hot weather

There is nothing more feminine than female body, so even if you're dressed like a soldier, you will look feminine.

But I recommend mid length dresses or skirts. Can be long or short, as long as they are wide. Also flare jeans. The darker the colors the better.

Pink is the worst color of all existing colors.
