I am hoping I can get some relatively quick and easy recipe ideas from the more knowledgeable people in here.

Basically, the situation is that my SO has a very erratic sleep pattern, and I want to make sure I can make him something quick and nutritious regardless of the time of day/night (unless sleeping of course!).

Presently if he gets up at midnight or later, then I just make him some eggs, but I would like to be able to rustle up something filling in about 15-20 minutes before I head to bed. This also goes for if he is going to bed before it is my dinner time, as I feel bad if all I do is make him some eggs.
