I've been making my way through The Surrendered Wife and it's giving me a lot of good information, but I have another part of myself that I really need to work on - I have a lot of anger issues and a severe lack of coping mechanisms for some things that happened in the past that I'm having a hard time letting go of and "just drop it" doesn't seem to be working, no matter how hard I try.

Writing typically helps me get it out of my system - and it has worked remarkably well for a lot of things - but there are a couple of things that I'm having a hard time writing off no matter how many times I write it out.

Can anyone recommend some literature on this for me? I would really like to get over these things so I can open up my mind towards improving myself in other ways.
