I was thinking about all the great natural beauty/health advice that I've learned from my family and ladies of other various backgrounds, so I though I would share mine and give everyone an opportunity to share the things they know.

I assume everyone already knows about honey masks and washing your face with buttermilk (feel free to ask if you don't), but I recommend eating a Tbsp of unsulphered molasses every day in whatever fashion you prefer. It's really nutrient dense, is good for skin/hair condition, stabilizes blood sugar, prevents excess lipid buildup in the blood stream, and various other things.
