I spent several years (in my 20s) learning basic cooking and baking skills. Now that I'm in my 30s and about to enter my 2nd marrige, I want to explore my skills and learn more.
I definitely excell more at the baking side of things, so I probably need to spruce up my skillet and meat skills. Though I'm open to anything.
Any online classes you all would recommend? Or a cook you follow on YouTube?
I'm also interested to know where people find recipes these days. I've done AllRecipes and Pinterest in the past. I've also just created my own.
Thanks in advance!
