My current recipe stash is running stale. I need quick, healthy, filling meals to make when I get home from work during the week. I generally start cooking when I walk in the door and like to have dinner completely done within 45min-an hour of that. I mostly make just quick meat and pasta or meat and salad combos right now, but it's gotten so dull. All the marinades and sauces are getting old.

Caveat: he does not like fish, and would prefer to stay on the low-carb side. Also, I do not like onions.
