This is the first time capitalism is this bad and women have this much opportunity. It's everyone for themselves and women must create their own career.

I’m pro Red Pill but that’s BS. If anything woman are more likely to act out or just up and quit without notice. Anyone who has experience with woman knows they are much more erratic than men.

Completely disagree. If you go to a cashier hoping they won't scan some items, or will not question a false price tag you've applied, you're best to go to a young cashier than an older cashier, and a male cashier rather than a female cashier.

The females are more likely than males to follow the rules, more likely to report something rather than have a confrontation, less likely to become aggressive and express hostility, less likely to rebel and assert themselves, more likely to be cowed by threats and intimidated by the boss, more likely to be attentive and less likely to make errors.

That example is such a random and acute occurrence lol. And no bro, men tend to follow the rules often. Most men (in America) are blue pilled. You’re acting as if the majority of them are Red Pilled. You and I might not follow the rules to a T, but most men do.

Even if most men are obedient, men moreso than women are rebellious and criminal, and the statistics about crime worldwide - especially violent crime (and relevantly, workplace shootings in the USA) - demonstrate that males are more criminally inclined than women.

In the absence of conclusive facts, we just have our experience(s) and intuition to go on. But one thing comes to mind: Jan 6th - and was that mostly men or women clashing with security forces and charging into the Capitol bldg? I find that men are more prone to anger and aggression and confrontation (primarily due to testosterone), and that the power of women comes through their ability to persuade men to enact the womens' will; you are welcome to a different view, and I hope we both have plenty of life time remaining to see which position most resonates as true.

If you are correct, then the assertions of the OP were incorrect; do you have an alternative explanation for why the elites desire to have more "empowered" female non-mothering workers?

As individuals yes. But they are also more likely to be meek and not cause problems

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
