Hello everyone. I asked this over at redpillwomen but wasn’t able to get a response so I figured I’d try here. I am an engineer and work mostly with men. A lot of the BP advice seems to be to act like a man in the workplace but I haven’t had much successs trying to be someone I’m not. What can I do to reduce tension in the workplace and be an ideal colleague? What would you like/appreciate in a female colleague from the male perspective?
