I've lost weight, found inner strength, reclaiming my balls, and I'm in bargaining phase.

I feel the acceptance phase creeping up and it's like a moment of silence after a lot of inner noise from the anger phase.

I've lost 30lbs. I'm, for the first time in my life, considered skinny. I have a little pooch that I know will go away if I keep up with my calorie intake and exercise. I'm just stoked to be in tighter pants and throwing away all my old clothes. I never realized how obvious 30 lbs is until you compare photos.

Not just that, but I've managed my eating. For fun, I've monitored how long it takes me to get hungry to the point I can no longer ignore it and it's amazing that I often ate 3 square meals a day. Now I find myself eating only what I need to keep going or to produce gains.

I've found my inner strength through exercising. I push myself and ignore all other distractions. I'm in no way where I want to be with my muscles yet.

I've reclaimed my balls by cutting off or ignoring people who benefited me in no way. I often deactivate facebook for long periods of time to get shit done and only activate it when something important needs to be announced or checked. I've been approaching and getting #'s and getting rejected. Rejection is no big deal. It happens and I'm glad I'm embracing that nothing-ness.

I'm entering the IDGAF mindset subconsciously without having to think about how IDGAF. With that, I'm in the bargaining phase. Where "if I just keep approaching, keep lifting, keep living, maybe I'll get some pussy". It's funny but it's true.

Thanks to TRP I've realized how far my head has been up women's ass. Even when I got pussy in relationships, it's no reason to lose your individuality. Even in the beginning of TRP when I was pulling in just a few chicks, I was zoned in on trying to pull them in. Now I do things like check when their last text or snapchat was sent and I'm like "naw, she can wait another day". It's fun and they still reply immediately.

So I've done a lot of self-analysis and come to a lot of peace with where I am. I'm at that point where I can hit up people to see if anyone wants to hang but be perfectly content with reading a book or indulging in an hour or 2 of mindless SNES games because I've accomplished everything I wanted to out of my day. I'm letting things just be while I work on me.

Nice progress man i've just joined a week ago and everything is uphill so far, if you can give me tips or anything, by all means! i'm at 204 lbs. 5'11 and am working to lose 20-30 lbs. and gaining muscle. Again i'm glad you're happy with yourself and hopefully ill be where your at in a few months!

It's def an uphill battle. My short list of suggestions:

  1. SLOWLY cut off toxic people. I fucking cut off everyone (for mostly good reasons) and that took a hit on my psyche. SLOWLY replace or remove people from your life who aren't helping you achieve your goals

  2. Monk mode =/= hermit. Find new ways to be social. I don't frequent bars but lately I have just to socialize with new faces.

  3. Cut the crap food. I recommend liquid boost drinks for meal supplements to help you lose weight in 5 weeks. Be sure you're getting all the essentials your body needs in vitamins too.

  4. Run for an hour twice a week. I'm talking high interval bursts. Run until you can't and walk it off. When you get your breath back repeat until your hour is up. Within a few weeks you'll be making laps without taking breaks.

  5. Find ways to keep a positive outlook. Man I get to caught up in my head sometimes and it goes to dark places. RP doesnt recommend it but go see some movies, rent a video game, or something that gives you fun when you're turning your back on everything you're life has been about up to this point. Ya know?

  6. Meditate. I listen to the Oblivion Peaceful OST on youtube while I meditate for 15 minutes. You feel great and focused.

  7. Make a todo list every day. Gene Simmons says if you're not where you want to be in life, there are no holidays, vacations, or weekends. Every day do something to further your life. He's right too.

  8. Consistency > Intensity. Remember this shit took your whole life to get to, it's gonna take time to undo.

  9. Small changes everyday.

  10. Approach, approach, approach. Get used to being rejected. Find clever ways to make openers, set dates, and get numbers. Get it drilled in your head that she aint hot shit. Women have pussies. They are just an ends to a means as a man. She's a person of course but not any better than you!

  11. Lower your standards. Needa fuck? Start looking for the girls who are desperate, fat, ugly, whatever. A pussy is a pussy.

  12. Ignore. Every. Doubter. Whenever you're face in a situation where you hesitate or doubt yourself ask yourself this: "Who's got your balls?" You do. Testosterone is the Midas touch of mankind. Start acting like it.

  13. One last thing: delete all social media. Facebook doesn't make you cool. Instagram isn't getting you laid.
