TL/DR - Obviously socially awkward boy kisses girl on a dare, faces 2nd Degree Assault charges.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, when the young boy, who has not been identified, was dared to kiss an older girl, who has also not been identified. Apparently, the kiss happened during school hours at Pikesville Middle School, and was unwanted by the girl, according to CBS Baltimore.

See gentlemen? Had the kiss been wanted, he'd be heading under the bleachers with this girl after school for some makeout sessions and ass-grabbing. But instead, since this kid had no game and just went in for an awkard kiss, he's headed off to juvenile hall at the hands of local police. I'm going to parrot something that is often said here, and that is that it is only assault or harassment if you are unattractive to her. Chad corners girls for kisses and girls giggle about it. Bobby Beta corners girls for kisses and catches charges.

The Baltimore County police were called to the school by the officials at Pikesville Middle School, where they proceeded to interview the two classmates. The girl said the boy grabbed her near her shirt, pulled her toward him, and then “open mouth kissed her with his tongue.” The boy, who is an eighth grader at the school, said he only kissed her because he was dared to by his fellow classmates.

See, this description of what the kid did is so obviously cringeworthy, it's actually palpable to me as I read it. I imagine some of you were this awkward with girls when you were that age. The whole 13-15 age range is an awkward one for boys in general, but even moreso for socially retarded boys. 20 years ago, this kid probably just gets made fun of for being shot down, and the boy never talks to that girl again. Today, it's gonna make him a lifelong sex offender.

The story doesn't say so, but I'd bet dollars to dumbbells that this kid is being raised by a single mother, who has done nothing useful to teach her son how to successfully interact with girls. And his equally awkward friend group of probable nerds isn't doing him any favors either.

What may seem like a dare gone a bit too far has now landed the male student in a world of trouble. Although no one was injured, and the kiss only lasted a second, he will be charged as a juvenile in the second degree assault charge case, and will more than likely face other disciplinary actions from the school, although those have yet to be confirmed. However, Baltimore County schools spokesman Mychael Dickerson said the boy faces school disciplinary action for violating the code of conduct. He was released to his mother following the incident.

Of course he was released to his mother. And I bet the entire ride home was filled with motherly lectures about "how dare you treat a girl that way", "girls aren't just objects for your sexual desires", "you better learn your lesson, young man", etc, etc. He's probably catching the first of many lectures he will receive in his life on beta male shaming. "How dare you think you can be sexual!" "Your job is to respect girls and listen to their problems, not try to kiss or touch them!" "You need to treat women with respect!"

Lesson Learned

The lesson learned here should be obvious.

  • Having no game can literally have legal consequences in the 21st century western world we live in.
  • Striking out with a girl, or "going too fast" and subsequently getting blown off used to be something your buddies just gave you shit for. But today, pursuant to 3rd wave feminism and its White Knights in the legal system, the attitude is to protect women and their fee fees at all costs, even potentially the cost of a man's freedom, reputation, or money.
  • Remember gang: Brad McThrobbercock doesn't catch assault charges. It's only assault if the woman decides the acts are "unwanted". If you're gonna do your assaulting, you better be the man that women want to be sexually assaulted by.
