I do psychotherapy on occasion, once every other month or so. My therapist is a Christian and female, but she LOVES trp authentically and we discuss sex, relationships, and masculinity a lot in our sessions. One thing she has noticed as a college counselor is that modern men are more feminized on average (duh!)

The other day, I asked her what she defines as masculine energy, what qualities make her want men in her life. Here is what she gave me:

1.) Detachment, especially emotionally. It's my session, not hers, so I'm not sure exactly how she thinks about it, but it seems like this quality helps make women feel safe, as they are often managing life from within a maelstrom of emotion.

2.) Decisiveness. This one is cut and dry. Women--and people, more generally-- admire quick and authoritative decision making. This might be something as cliche as picking where to eat or how to fuck. It could be something simple, like executing witty quips. Confidence and well-honed intuition will boost your power when you decide to be a "decider."

3.) Strength. Maybe they are all cut and dry, that's kind of her style. Be strong. The earlier two are basically example of strength, or at least a strong will (inner game, maybe?) is required to achieve them. This also means physically. Fucking lift, faggots.
