Introduction So in one of my previous posts I mentioned I found a few tips and tricks for lasting longer in bed. I thought I'd go over some of them. I only recently starting doing these but I've already noticed some great improvement.

Body So a little background about me. N-count is currently 3. Was 2 before two weeks ago. Both of those were in high school. In college now and spent about 2 years not getting laid. Started lifting this semester of college and gained 25 pounds in 3ish months. Still really skinny compared to most guys but I'm lean as fuck.

Find out why you don't last long. Through my research I've found there are many reasons why guys don't last long. The most common reasons include the expectation to last long, porn fucking up your mentality of sex and expectation to cum, or a sensitive dick. When you are fucking a girl are you thinking "damn I don't wanna cum quick and disappoint her". If this is going through your mind then you fall under the category of expectation. Most of the problems with finishing too quick are all psychological. A good way to fix this is to fix your mental state. When you go to the gym and are really pushing yourself are you thinking "damn I don't know if I can lift this" or "LETS GO I'M A FUCKING BOSS I GOT THIS SHIT AHHHH!!!" So I guess the first tip is to change your mental state. There is a reason every post on here says LIFT! Apply this when in bed. Don't think about cuming just focus on your form. I really focus on how the muscles in my ass and back are moving and the motion of my strokes. Focusing on this instead of "omg i don't wanna cum and have her judge me!" will improve your time immensely. Also doing dirty talk. If you are fucking her and silent then you will be in your head. If you are calling her your little whore or whatever dirty talk you prefer then you aren't in your head. Your thoughts are you best friend or your worst enemy.

Next is the porn mentality. I've found that other guys have this same exact problem and it even has a name. I can't remember the name of it but it's basically that from watching years of porn you have conditioned yourself to not only cum at the best parts that you prefer but also cum incredibly quick. Think about it when you first started masturbating. You didn't want to get caught by your parents so you had to be quick about it and you would go to the part you knew you would get off to. Without knowing it you were training yourself to cum at a specific time and quick. This is one reason why most of the red pill agrees with No Fap. The obvious first step is to stop watching porn. Now the next step can go either way and will have mixed opinions. You can either go immediately to no fap or find what you like in relation to the way your dick feels when masturbating. I used the option of finding out what I liked with how I like my dick to feel. I was a no lotion fapper for years. So I also had a little bit of a sensitivity issue which I will talk about in the next paragraph. But for finding out what my dick liked I did masturbate for a short period of time following my swallowing of the red pill. I used lotion and DID NOT WATCH PORN. I did this after a day of hitting chest and was completely focus on myself and how I felt. To my surprise I lasted about 20 minutes with the lotion compared to about 3 to 5 with no lotion and porn. I found a rhythm I liked and different angle and all. I quit after about 3 times when I realized I could last as long as I wanted if I had the right mind state. (see again its just a psychological issue).

My next problem was a sensitivity issue. Since I had, 1 gone years without sex and 2 never used lotion, I wasn't used to the feeling of a vagina. Just the palm of my hand. Started using lotion (I'm not saying this will simulate a vagina at all but it's better than a dry palm) and at first the sensitivity was still there but it went away within 5 minutes my first time doing it. This may not be so quick for everyone but keep at it. Don't focus on not cuming but focus on how you feel. This is important with anything on TRP. It's all about you so make it about you. Once you can last about 15 or 20 minutes WITH NO PORN I would suggest trying it with porn. MAKE SURE THAT SHIT IS AMATEUR! Porn stars are trained to make the sounds and do the shit that make guys cum quick. This is what gets you addicted to porn and makes you want to come back for more. The reason you want amateur is because this is what real sex will be like. This is where you will test the will of your mental state when your dick is having awesome feelings and there is a female involved. FOCUS ON YOU! I didn't just lay down or sit in a chair and start going at it. I basically fucked my hand (sounds so cringey haha but this shit works). I focused on my strokes, how my muscles felt (not just my dick) and lasted a little longer. After doing this a few times and really focusing on controlling my mental frame I was able to last as long as I wanted (again this may take longer for some guys). Once you can do this stop. It's time for no fap.

The reason you should no fap is because if you can make yourself cum why would you need someone else to do it? You want to do it more for the validation then the act of having sex and making a girl have the best sex of her life. After a week of quitting you will notice how badly you want to bust a nut. Your drive to approach girls will tenfold.

Now lets say you are like me and you do all of this and you get with a girl for the first time in 2 or 3 or however many years its been for you. That pressure will probably come back and you will probably come quick. Thats fine! Don't apologize to her and say, "sorry its been a long time" or any bullshit like that. Dive face first into her pussy and finger blast the fuck out of her until you are ready again. Don't just sit there and wait for your "recoup time". All you are doing then is just psyching yourself out more. Or just tell her to suck your dick. Stay in frame and keep the "I'M A FUCKING BOSS I GOT THIS SHIT!!!" mindset you have when working out.

Conclusion Most of the problems guys have with finishing too early are psychological. Figure out what yours is and tackle that shit. Just like with any other problem in life if you say its holding you back and don't do anything about it then it won't get better. YOU ARE A FUCKING BOSS SO GRAB THE WORLD BY THE HIPS AND FUCK IT IN THE ASS!!!
