AlphaNerd: Breaking down the alpha/beta dichotomy, because a bit of complexity doesn’t hurt.

Attempts to add more subtlety to alpha/beta dichotomy are often entertaining and can add nuances to your worldview, as most of you probably know someone who doesn't fit either definition.

Here's my two cents for today: a 3x3 archetype theory, based on 3 spectrums:

Strong frame - Weak frame

This one is straightforward. Strong frame is a necessity for any kind of alphaness.

Extroversion - Introversion

Another straightforward spectrum. I'm sure all you know what this means.

High Sensitivity - Low Sensitivity

The most complex spectrum of the three. Sensitive men are more attuned to their feelings and unconscious. I'm sure some of you are going "MEN AREN'T SENSITIVE LOL SENSITIVITY IS FOR PUSSIES". Wait for a moment. All successful male artists since dawn of time have been sensitive. It's a necessity for creating art. That said, like any trait, it has its drawbacks. Now onto the archetypes.

1: Low Sensitivity, Introversion, Weak Frame.

Classic omega. They are the sleepwalkers of the world, who on their 60th birthday won't be able to tell 3 interesting things that have happened in their lives.

2: High Sensitivity, Introversion, Weak Frame.

The most tortured men of them all. Pity them. This is the stock of which the Elliot Rodgers of the world are made. They are painfully aware of their plight, but cannot bring themselves to do anything to improve their lot, at least not yet. They can though, given the right circumstances, swallow the pill and start the journey of self-improvement. Their Low Sensitivity brethren cannot, because they lack the necessary self-awareness.

3: Low Sensitivity, Extraversion, Weak Frame.

The classic betas. The social creatures that may even do well for themselves, but will always struggle to gain respect from men and women both.

4: High Sensitivity, Extraversion, Weak Frame.

These men are the ones that get the roughest ride from women. They wear their hearts on their sleeves and their girlfriends will betray them over and over, yet they can't leave them. Men may value them as friends, but not as allies. Entertaining company, but their weak frame makes them followers only.

5: Low Sensitivity, Introversion, Strong Frame.

These are often the "bad boys", the thugs that women crave. They do what they want and they don't give a fuck what anyone else thinks. Some have very strong Dark Triad tendencies. Will either be a deadbeat with a possible criminal history, or a well-to-do CEO. They congregate either at the bottom or the top, you won't find many in the middle, and most of those over there are on their way up or down.

6: High Sensitivity, Introversion, Strong Frame.

The classic Sigma. The tortured artist-type, the melancholic ones who may at first glance look like betas but their Strong Frame becomes apparent after a while. Often desired by women, they are the ones marching their own path, to their own drum. They rarely connect with other men, and if they lead, it's by example only.

7: Low Sensitivity, Extraversion, Strong Frame.

The classic alpha. The go-getter, the soul of the party, leader of men. Often bullish and will do what he wants to get what he wants. Good for his friends, bad for his enemies.

8: High Sensitivity, Extraversion, Strong Frame.

The unicorn of men, if these exist I haven't met one. In my experience the combination of Strong Frame and Extraversion cannot coexist with High Sensitivity, because the combination of those two will create so overwhelmingly strong self-confidence that the individual cannot feel self-conscious anymore, which is one of the necessities for High Sensitivity.

Classification doesn't get to the root of things it describes the surface.

Think of the Rubik's Cube.

If you describe it's outward appearance based in a certain configuration you are essentially just taking a snap shot of it's present position.

But if instead you comprehend the way the Rubik's Cube rotates and twists you now know it's inner workings.

The Red Pill can teach you this "occult" or "hidden" knowledge and bring this out in the open so it isn't hidden anymore.

Much of the Red Pill is abstract and the skill is in applying the abstract to your actual life.

Hey OP, can you edit your post and remove the references you made to yourself? You aren't special, and nobody cares about you. Unless you're writing a field report in which you are specifically discussing your own personal experience, nobody cares about you. Don't use the word "I" in a RedPill theory post. Here, let me show you how it's done (I've edited out your self-referential intellectual masturbation):

A lot of discussion about alphas and betas revolves around how unrealistic it is. The most basic mistake is thinking that it is all or nothing rather than a spectrum but that is not what this post is about. It’s just that there are more than one spectra along which you can fall. This is AlphaNerd so it gets a bit much but let me lay out three dimensions and 8 character types.

THE ALPHA POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE The Alpha Positive is the leader of men (“LOM”) and slayer of pussy (“SOP”) The A+ man is an LOM and SOP who is the best expression of manhood. I don’t want to get into a bunch of moralizing but the A+ man is a hero while the A- man is Dark Triad.

THE BETA MALE, IN PARTICULAR THE BETA POSITIVE Beta men trade resources or validation for sex or whatever else they can get. They are not an SOP but rather sex is transactional in nature. The B+ man is an LOM because his technical skills are essential to other men’s success. The B+ man is a professional or tech billionaire. Get it through your head that Bill Gates and Mark Zukerberg are not alpha males. The latter has a relatively hot Chinese wife and the former could fuck your girlfriend for the right price, but that is not alpha.

OMEGA MALES The bottom 10% or so slay no pussy and lead no men. O+ men have some technical skills and shower occasionally; they are content with their lot in life and perhaps breed with an HB 5. O- men are the proverbial neckbeards and such whose sole life accomplishment is their 30th level wizard.

SIGMA MALES [edited] Sigma males are SOP but not LOM. [edited] However, sigma men are not leaders, maybe not natural leaders or maybe as a matter of choice. [edited] The classic S+ man is James Bond who loves queen and country while doing things his own way and fucking every hot vagina in the way. The S- man is the thug who uses his outsider status to game women. Good girls like bad boys and all that. They are also the Dark Triad men who can’t connect with other men but get laid in abundance.

THE ALPHA/SIGMA HORIZON A grey or complex area in this theory is the crossover between alpha and sigma qualities. Admittedly, I don’t have a full account of “gang leader” who, as sigma is an outsider but yet as a leader is alpha at least as AMOG.

OMEGA MALES Well, what can I say? They are neither LOM nor SOP. The O+ male has skill, is comfortable with his (low) lot in life, an showers occasionally. The O- man is a neckbeard basement dweller whose sole accomplishment in life is their 30th level wizard.

LESSON LEARNED Know where you stand, and as Red Pill men, improve those things that you need to. [edited] If you are not LOM then [edited] learn how to fuck beautiful women while developing leadership skills to an acceptable level. If you are not SOP then internalize all the terabytes of red pill wisdom you have at your disposal to get the status that you want and deserve.

I wouldn't say sigma males aren't leaders, i think they can easily if they want to, or if it is needed. But they aren't that social as alphas and prefer to be alone most of the time.

For me "sigmas" are just introverted "alphas" that don't care about authority to a certain degree, they step up if it is needed, but if someone with skills is up for leadership, they will respect them as long as they are respected by them. If not -> takeover

I usually get along easily with older males (i'm 25, never could relate to people of my age) that could be classified as "sigma", people that seem quiet, but wise, full of knowledge, and respected by everyone around them. They are the ones i can learn easily from, they know their shit, they have no problem standing up for themselves, but they don't need to be in the centre of attention all the time.
