Summary: The Gym can save you.

The Gym is your savior, brethren. You must treat it like Church. The only difference between going to the gym and going to church is that while you're going to church to worship, you're going to the gym to be worshiped. That's right, for you should start to notice more people admiring your physique as quickly as you acquire simple noob gains.

Too many people start going to the gym, hoping to change their lives. Too many people quit after losing faith. And thats just it, you must have faith in the gym, as you would in God if you were a Christian. You mustn't quit going just because you haven't become Chad Thundercock overnight. Because going to the gym isn't enough. Like religion, you must make a total lifestyle change if YOU want to change.

This means if you want to get bigger, you have to eat more. Too many people go into the gym expecting to turn into Chad or Brad, but eat like 12 year old girls with eating disorders. Calories in, calories out. Eat more to lift more. A useful app for tracking calories is Myfitnesspal. You'll quickly realize you weren't eating nearly as much as you thought you were.

The same can be said in reverse, for the bigger people. Eat like a hogbeast, fat positive feminist with a pixie cut, and you won't get cut. You'll probably gain muscle, but you won't lose a lot of weight if you're eating a lot of shit like soda, junk food, and tubs of butter. Cut the bullshit out to get cut. Cut it out. Drink water.

Another mistake noobs often make when beginning to explore their faith in the gym, is having a bad routine. Such as, forgoing the compound lifts and only doing isolated lifts or cardio. You have to realize that if you want the gym to bless your body with more muscle mass, you're going to have to focus on compound lifts, like squats, deadlifts, barbell rows, and bench presses. Only doing isolated stuff like dumbbell curls will severely hinder the progress you want. Stronglifts 5X5 is a great program to check out, and has a useful app for tracking your shit.

The other thing that hinders progress and encourages people to fall away from the gym, is not getting enough sleep. Your muscles grow when you sleep, and sleeping is one of the best things you can do for your body besides drinking water. It's like recharging a phone. You should go for about 8 hours ideally. Thats the range that will net you healthy results. If you have trouble oversleeping, there are alarms out there for your phone, such as Sleep as Android.

Now obviously since we're treating the gym like church, we're going to need a bible to go with it, right? Well, you're here. Go check out the sidebar. Read the 16 Commandments of Poon. Study the Book of Pook. Learn the 48 laws of power. Educate yourself on Shit Tests. Check out GayLubeOil's material for more on gym stuff. Steer yourself in the direction of becoming the Alpha fux women fight to fuck, rather than the Beta bux women are not in the mood for.

Believe in the Gym, fellas, and die on the squat rack like Jesus died on the cross for our sins. When you're on that squat rack struggling to get that last rep in, remember that you're washing away the sins of your Blue Pill days.

The Lesson: If you accept the gym into your heart, your out of shape Blue Pill days will be forgiven.
