I really enjoy looking at Hollywood examples of the inter-sexual dynamics we learn of here. Of course its all make believe and not how the real world works. But seeing TRP behaviors even in a film or TV show helps for people like me that learns from example. Ted is BP into submission and coming to think of it each time he gets laid he shows RP behaviors. Each time he plays the love card and over-invests he ends up alone.
Barney although slaying pussy like no other, he isn't a true RP. Reason i say this is because he needs woman for validation. Almost every scene he is in, something to do with pickup is going on. TRP is about becoming the best version of yourself (aside from understanding the role feminism has in suppressing masculinity), creating more value in yourself (raising your value and understanding you have value), so you don't need woman. Id love to see a thread here of guys discussing characters to really see what a real RP guy behaves like. I've studied the side bar and Rollo's material, but It would be really cool to see a real RP man just game.

Thanks for responding. I agree there's a lot to learn anywhere you look.
I guess you're right about Barney. I feel like people in real life who don't actually know about trp would have their natural blue flaws, either because of family or society. It seems in the show he has perfected himself, in terms of finances/career/philosophy his value is there. He just chooses to spend all his free time gaming women - but yes the show portrays this as a deeper problem (which can be true). In the end he perfects himself anyway
