I'm in the army. Before I left Korea i was eating great, 6-7 eggs scrambled in the morning, 1lb chicken breast for lunch, and dinner was either 1lb of steak or chicken sometimes pork.

You might say, "But "XD_MORE_FAGGOT, aren't you in the army? you eat free food right?" Sure I can eat army food which is mostly carbs and not allowed to get seconds on 'entrees' like chicken breast. The big green weenie is unavoidable.

Moved to back stateside and all i have is a microwave and a refrigerator/freezer. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get the right protein i need without a stove?

edit: thanks for the insane amount of replies, i didn't expect that at all. That's why i love you guys. I got some good ideas now
