On top of that, women have held to a pretty strict standard of marrying guys who are on average 2 years older than them.

Game is as we know it is a reaction to the changing landscape of the SMP. For hundreds of years the only way to secure long-term sexual release for men, short of prostitution, was through marriage. Now for Alphas sex is never an issue, it is freely given with relatively little effort required. But because of our beloved 80/20 rule we'll be focusing on the Betas.

For most men exchanging marriage for sex was the only option, and up until the last generation the deal was pretty good. Between 1947 and 1980 you would be in a committed relationship with your future wife by the time she was 18-20 years old and you were 20-22 years old.

Even the biggest Beta virgins didn't have to wait very long before they could cash in on "the deal". And even if we give the benefit of the doubt and assume women fucked around as much back then as they do now, by 18-20 the damage likely wasn't all that bad.

But today, the guys whose only chip to play is marriage are left waiting until 27 years old, and it'd be one thing if you simply had to wait longer for the same quality of goods but instead you're left with inferior used up women with emotional baggage, golden pussy syndrome, and a chip on their shoulder.

This is the plight of the modern man. Average dudes haven't adapted to the times and are playing by the old rule book. Women's unwillingness to get married is pushing these men further and further out of the SMP until your only choices are: withdraw completely (ForeverAlone/MGTOW), wait until your future wife jumps off the CC (Beta Bux), or adapt (Game/RP).

Conclusions:

  • 1) Marriage is a much worse deal today than it was back in the day and will continue to get worse unless the trends reverse.

  • 2) Your worth is up, her worth is down. Don't take the deal. Learn game and plate younger women.

  • 3) Don't date women over the age of 25. They're already in husband-seeking mode so that they can be married by 27.

    • a) Perhaps this could be exploited since they're more desperate for a committed relationship allowing you to string them along for sex much easier, but I'll let you decide if it's worth the drama. Although to be fair some women might even enjoy being plated if it affords them the freedom to continue the search for their Beta Bux.
