I had this happen to me. I did not have a video to prove that I didn't do it. It was very hard to fight and was very expensive. The psycho also went to all of my family and even distant family with her fabricated story. My lawyer presented very powerful evidence proving I didn't do it, I still had the feeling that I was going to lose. I believe that the true reason I was able to clear my name was the court proceedings gave her " enough rope to hang herself". To this day I still have family members that treat me differently. We can all understand how horrible it would be to go through something like this, but you can't truly understand how terrible and hard it is until you have it happen to you.
