Its 10pm when I hit the bar to grab a drink and maybe talk to some women. The bar is okay, got a nice vibe and a nice ratio. I'm barely finished my first drink and making my looks around the room when a 6 to a 5 1/2 depending on who you ask, approaches me and says hi. My very first thought, "she is not going to make it this easy." She was at the bar by herself blah blah blah, again "She is not going to make it this easy." She asks me do I live around here? Says the bar is too loud "She is making it this easy and I can't pass up this kind of convenience ." I've done this before, passed up the easy notch to pursue a more appealing notch only to be shut down the rest of the night. Ahh I hate low hanging fruit, I won't call it dumpster diving because I didn't actually approach her. I just wonder if rejecting her would have provided some sort of social proof or pre-selection to the others but I wasn't willing to risk it. Long story short, I was in and out in 20 minutes with a 10 dollar bar tab and a notch. If I had to compare the feeling, it would be to this phrase " a win is a win, but we should have beat em by 40"
