What are your thoughts on this?

For me it looks like he was trying to be witty about it and actually likes them as well. I for my part am really allergic to cats and don't think any medication or anti-allergy therapy would be worth it (and insisting on getting some would be the death knell to a relationship with me), but maybe that guy really wanted a cat himself and thought otherwise.#
