I think it's more complicated than this. Maybe I'd say that the vocal parts of society love soft blue pills. I was that friend, gf cheated then dumped me as I did all I could to stop it (ill spare you the cringeworthy details) found RP, took it, changed my life, going gym, have abs, drinking less than occasionally and never too much (unless I lose composure normally only if im extremely emotionally stressed)

Not chad yet but worth it.

Being able to organise your habits and then actively act towards making them better is hard, people only hear the best parts about what they want to do then get easily discouraged because of the difficulties (no matter how minor, participation trophy mentality).

After 25 the chances of changing your habits are for slim that you’re most likely only going to change them is a traumatic event.

Im glad you are making good changes but I dont think that last point has any evidence at all. Everyone in this sub attempting to make significant changes should read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.

It is a research driven book that lays out in practical terms how people can change their habits or create new ones. It also explains the neuroscience behind why people dont. Changing bad habits or creating good ones is damn difficult, especially if you aren't aware of the process behind it. Most people just guess and fall back into it. Sure, a traumatic event is something that can force people into change, but we'd all be better off if we could improve our habits without needing huge stress. This book can help with that. Age is irrelevant.

Men have been wanting to get some pussy since before we could be classified as homo sapiens. Before tinder, there was porn, and before porn there was prostitution. Arguably, God was invented to control the masses of horny men (why do you think Islam covers up their women?). So it's nothing new and yes it's the one "emotion" that rules us. But besides this, we're not the gender who is "in touch with their feelings", who wants to rule by consensus so nobody gets offended, who hurt others by making them feel bad.

It's a huge exaggeration to say that women are in a better position than men right now, but the main reason for their recent advancement at the societal level is that they're being given a leg up by a society that have been half-convinced, half-shamed into submitting to the idea that women are somehow oppressed and that it is a cruel injustice that needs fixing. Women do not owe that advancement to their rational capabilities but to the success of their typically-feminine collective method of shaming and manipulating men into giving them more power.

Now I know plenty of women thinking very rationally and effectively at work and among my friends. But that doesn't change the fact that if there's crying going on around me, that's a woman. If there's empathic souls when someone has an issue around me, these are women. If there's a friend with an original business idea to solve a problem, that's a man. If there's some issue that needs fixing, the people who are going to jump at it are men. I have found the idea that women are emotionally teenagers probably the most difficult thing to accept within this community. I have found men who inspire me, but not a single woman. I have been desperate to be proven wrong, to find a woman who is a strong, independent woman who don't need no man (and really doesn't because she is a real fucking person), but I have been disappointed every single time. I’ve realized this too late in my relationship. When she had stupid problems from work, I used to treat her brain like a man’s brain and try to explain to her certain things and why they’re not an issue at all, or why she shouldn’t be complaining etc.

Now many months later, I realize I should have just listened to her for a short while and then fixed how she “felt” at that moment, and not the problem itself.

Women were always like this, in that they have always been looking for the bigger, better deal, aka hypergamy. The difference between then and now isn't the female nature; the difference is that society used to keep female nature in check. For the past 50 years, society has been overly indulgent of female nature, with no-fault divorce, reliable birth control, abortion on demand, and now the online meat markets such as Tinder, Bumble, Hinge or whatever.

Women have constant validation sources to puff up their ego, so they binge on it like a crackhead with a $50 rock in their pocket. All the articles whining about "Where are all the Good MenTM" are like the addict beginning to realize their problem is out of control. The carousel riders are waking up with a hell of a hangover and a pretty bad set of withdrawal symptoms, and it's only going to get worse over the next few years. Yes exactly. It's like seeing to men get into a bar fight and asking, "were men always like this?" The answer is of course yes, but the question is how tight of a lid society keeps on natural behaviors that don't jive well with living in a society. Society has changed. Women used to hold roles in society where their temperament was a strength, homemaking, childcare, etc.

Modern women have been goaded into believing they want to be doing construction, or coding or whatever the fuck. And they are going after this life, with poor outcomes because these jobs don't play on their strengths.

So, yes, women have always acted like this, it just hasn't always been a problem.

It's a mess.

Interestingly enough , In some religions women are considered of less mental abilities then men. They are not allowed to testify before court . They don't get to travel alone .. etc.

The ancient dominance of man has lead to bizzare non equal rights in religions ( including Islam).I recall that I have read about women not allowed to become priests in Catholic church. And frankly despite suffering from the feminism supporting social conventions that have been inforced upon us for the past 60 years , I find that religions (specially Islam) are unfair towards women. Perhaps these unfair religious rules have lead women to go extreme on the other side of the scale.

Soy is an inferior meat substitute, the other its a brand of food sold with a particular life style. Pretty hard to shake such a stereotype, I would know because I too was once an illiterate and trusting liberal who was vegetarian.

In terms of longevity and health, you don't want to mix macros, ie carbs and fat. Since carb foods are a source of low nutrition, its not ideal over a long term. The other is the toxicity of oxalates in plants.

I think they normalize the data seperately so both data sets are centered around the norm. But i think this is data from w/e the American college test is called and ive heard similar things from the UK. It also makes sense from a biological standpoint we know testosterone makes you better at rotating objects mentally (you can find this in any high school level biology book) which is one of the things measired in a IQ test. There is a wiki article called "Sex differences in intelligence".

Heard about MBTI? Statistics say that around 60 % of men are thinkers and 65 % of women are feelers.

I actually agree with you, and that also explains why the majority of women are stereotyped as feelers and men as unemotional thinkers. But this isn't black and white.

Though there are markedly biological differences between the two gender... I don't think a woman thinker is the same as a man thinker and vice versa, a feeler man and a feeler woman, they still aren't the same.

This is obvious from an evolutionary perspective. Look at the majority of human history and the roles the sexes filled and the skills/traits needed. Men who historically have been the warriors/hunters/decision makers of the tribe could not and should not let their feelings cloud their judgement.

MBTI might as well be in the same category as astrology and I think you’re letting your fate be decided by someone other than yourself if you take any of that shit as gospel. We have it within ourselves to be who we want to be and have the personality we want to have.

At first you're like "well OBVIOUSLY" then mock me for "taking MBTI as gospel." I'm sorry, do you see me being active on MBTI subreddits? Bit of a stretch. But if you test about 50 million people, run some of the results through some basic ANOVA (or, in this case, MANOVA), and find correlation between gender and a bipolar decision-making strategy... I dare to say it's a safe assumption to make.
