Hey Jon, Looking forward to your AMA tomorrow!
Now onto the article..
Cut out artificial sugars
Then you describe actual sugar. I agree with cutting sugar. I disagree that artificial sweeteners have an effect.
Eat your fruits and vegetables
If you're eating low-carb, limit fruits, increase high-fiber veggies.
Eliminate grains
Agreed.
Eat fat
Agreed. I do 60% macro fat.
Fast
After adapting to ketosis, you can usually survive multiple 24 hour fasts a week without even feeling hungry.
Organic meat
This is where we diverge. There is no evidence that spending extra money on well-marketed bullshit will get you anywhere.
Protein
No need to supplement, if your'e getting a lot of fat, it's hard to do so without protein attached.
Juice
If you're hitting your macro targets, juice is ancillary.

As far as meat goes, you want meat from animals not fed on corn and soy. So for beef, you want it from grass-fed cows.
Why? Because soy and corn fed animals produce pro-inflammatory fatty acids (omega 6) in a lopsided ratio to anti-inflammatory fatty acids (omega 3). Their diet should reflect their natural diet to avoid this issue. Cows should be eating grass.
Standard industrial farmed meat will have this unfavorable omega-6 to omega-3 ratio that is bad for your health (promotes inflammation, cancer, heart disease). If they are properly fed and treated right, they will produce healthful meat and dairy instead.

Sugars, we actually agree. I just worded the sub-heading poorly.
Organic meat, check out what VZPurp below has to say about fat ratios in grain-fed vs grass fed. But I doubt that's even the main advantage to avoiding anti-biotic/hormone/chemical filled factory farmed meat.
I admit that there is not much hard evidence for the efficacy of juicing, but anecdotes, personal experience, and my own assumption that man in his EEA consumed a lot more vegetables than we presently do, leads me to juice.
And yes, I'm looking forward to the AMA as well!

Sounds like paleo-type nutrition advice.
That's basically what it is.

Apple cider vinegar and arginine, I'll have to check those out. Creatine is already a part of the daily routine, tho have to drink a LOT of water.
I wonder how much apple cider vinegar is recommended? Advice? I saw half a shot, morning and afternoon. Looking to confirm.

nutrition is pretty simple.
Unlimited foods from "protein only sources" + low carbs (green veg allowed) and 20-40 grams of healthy fats will get anyone into single digits.
Unlimited foods from "protein only sources" + No carbs (green veg and others allowed)+ 20-40 grams of healthy fats will get you to contest bodyfat levels.
Forget everything else, that is all you need to know, this isn't ROCKET SCIENCE.
keep (lean) steak to once a day, your main protein sources should be:
forget complicated fasting schedules, obsessing about anabolic window, etc.

Article is full of broscience and should be removed.
Sugar and grains have little to no impact on body composition (and neither do high GI foods for the record**); so if the adonis, alpha physique is what the "contemporary man" is attempting to acquire, he really only needs to lift heavy weights, eat in a caloric excess, and keep protein high.
**For your body composition, it doesn’t matter if a carb is classified as simple or complex or if it has a high or low glycemic or insulin load or index. Only the total amount of carbs in your diet matters and this only matters because carbs contain calories ---> read: http://www.acaloriecounter.com/diet/carbs-simple-complex-high-low-glycemic-good-bad/
I eat poptarts and sushi regularly while maintaining ~12% BF year round (no e-stat).

Almost all science related to human nutrition is impossible to truly prove or defend, including paleo/primal and good ole' government/lobbyist sponsored conventional wisdom. It's all either single variables being isoloated in a lab (not necessarily applicable to a real human body) or it's a vague observation-based study which by definition cannot control nearly enough variables to give us any real knowledge.
There are simply way too many variables that impact the human body to have any true scientific way to control for what's "optimal."
I say read as much from both sides as you can and make whatever choice you feel is smartest. Personally I think a paleo/primal focus on natural unprocessed foods, composed largely of items similar to what we think our ancient ancestors evolved eating makes the most sense.
But whatever, none of it is really "proveable." What works in a mouse or a petri dish does not necessarily work the same in a human.

You know basically nothing about nutrition. I highly recommend you re-read my post, click through to MDA, Kurt Harris, Martin Berkhan, and others, and re-think everything you think you know.
I maintained 10-12% BF at 220lbs in my freshman year of college while drinking probably fifty beers a week. How did I do it? I was 18 and playing rugby 15 hours a week. You can get away with a lot when you train hard, especially if you're young. Doesn't mean it's optimal.
Try spending a week replacing your pop tarts with a bowl of kale chips, a fresh juice, and a handful of fish oil capsules. Then come back and tell me how you fell.
