Health is important, like really important. It is the foundation of your conscious being. Your spaceship, and your brain powers it, but let’s get to the core of what is a lot of people’s problem in the Western World.

Eating healthy is simple as shit once you get it. The reason a lot of people are unhealthy is because of life long habits or family indoctrination of shitty eating habits and never putting a brain cell or two together to make the connection between mind, body and how together affect the relationship you have with the physical world.

You think you’re a bad ass and can’t even do ten pushups? You are out of sync with reality and your lack of knowledge keeps you weak, until there is a point in time when you finally nut up and realize it’s gonna hurt getting to that goal of doing ten pushups, and you have to be humble enough to get over your bitchiness and just put in the time. Who cares if you don’t know 100% of what you are doing, it’ll all come in time.

So be it with eating right

First, if you have a problem with eating right or stupid diets, forgive yourself, it’s not your fault. You have a lifetime of shorty eating habits that just a feels normal.

Now, it’s time to educate yourself on what is food and what isn’t.

Modern civilization has many options of things you can eat, but that doesn’t mean it is food. What it means is that your body can TOLERATE some of these food like products and your body can usually bounce back, since food delivers nutrients and what not to your body, and your body reacts and regulates itself for optimal performance based on what it gets or doesn’t get. However, if you give your body an imbalance of nutrients to non-nutrients, your body has to work harder to keep the body going, (clotted arteries make the heart work harder) and sometimes has to adjust for calorie dense food (fat accumulation) or if the body isn’t getting enough proper nutrients, it gets sick (scurvy and other fucked up shit) or a combination of many problems can put a person at risk.

So the red pill about health is that if you don’t know how to eat, you are stupider than a caveman. It’s not your fault though, and we can fix you.

The simplest stupid way to eat healthy is to mostly eat shit from nature. If it grows, it goes-straight to your belly.

Simple.

Also, if it was alive and freshly butchered, eat away.

Basically anything that you can pick or hunt straight from nature is what you eat.

All the fancy things humans ended up doing to food is fun and creative and all, but is no substitute for the real thing. It’s okay in moderation, and few even manage to completely cut out artificial or man “crafted” food.

Steak, Chicken, Pork, Fish etc / Hamburger,hot dogs, nuggets , Breaded fish

I hope these examples are able to give you a better idea of how to start eating healthier. It’s a process, but you will be surprised how much different foods are available when you start making better choices and discovering places or weekly events that offer a wider selection of food, and even combining them.

Also, there will be outliers as some foods that are man made do have some excellent benefits, for example GREEK YOGURT, which is not only high in protein, but also has healthy gut bacteria, providing health benefits for your digestive system. I usually load my bowl with yogurt, sliced banana , walnuts , and a bit of cinnamon.

So yea, that’s the red pill about diet and health. You should understand your biology and you’re kinda retarded if you are fat and unhealthy.
