I deleted my Facebook long ago, but Facebook garbage will occasionally leak into other online websites I frequent. One of which I found a link to this Facebook post from back in April about how some guy is slamming men for, basically, not committing. It made me vomit, but of course (likely post wall) women spread this shit like wildfire.

I'm not sure when men decided that 30 was the new 15. When men thought it was better to remain independent than making a commitment to another.

Men desire freedom, women desire access. News at 11. Where in the law is it written that men MUST commit to a woman?

When men we're courageous in business and battle but afraid to be fathers.

Yet, if men committed more to fatherhood, their wives/girlfriends would nag him about how he is not making enough money. You can't have it both ways. You can have a kick ass father, or a kick ass money maker. Which is it? To be a father the right way, it requires commitment and marriage. A lot of men don't want that. It doesn't mean they are "afraid".

I'm not sure when video games and "guy night" became more important than tee-ball and date night. When staying out became cooler than showing up.

Yet, if a woman just wants "a night out with the girls", that is perfectly OK and you are an evil misogynist for saying no to that. God Forbid a man work harder at the office than go watch his 6 year old sing a 30 second bit in the school play that no one gives a shit about.

When 4 year relationships weren't long enough for a proposal.

If you don't like it, then break up and find a man who will propose. Who is forcing the woman to stay in the relationship? If you want a fucking ring, find a man who is thirsty enough to give it to you.

Our culture has a boy problem. In Italy, they call it Peter Pan Syndrome. I call it immaturity and selfishness. Men so focused on their dreams, their visions, and their desires they find themselves wealthy, known, and alone.

It's called maximizing your value, dipshit. A major variable of a men's value is his income earning ability and his career. Hence, why men would rather focus on their career. If that means they are alone, so be it. I am sure there are thousands of married men out there who WISH they were alone instead of locked down to some nagging post wall former slut.

The adult world doesn't need more boys. We need men who will grow up, know up, and show up. Who will fight for romance and commit quickly and stay indefinitely. To turn their hearts toward children and work to raise them well. To be friends who grow friends. Not just by compliments, but accountability and conviction. We need more men.

This makes me ill. You want to know what dries up women like the Sahara Desert? A man who fights for romance and commits quickly and stays indefinitely. Life isn't a fucking romance novel where some man fights valiantly for one piece of pussy. That's not how it works. Women are turned off by that shit. They hate overinvestment. They hate thirsty men who try to hard. They hate men who cut off their balls to try and pander to her. They hate it. A man who is so thirsty he is willing to commit right off the bat is the equivalent of a woman who spreads her legs for every dude she talks to at a bar.

We need more men of integrity and character. Those who will hold a moral code and not compromise it.

I have one question for this guy. Why should we commit to women? Just for the sake of committing? So the act of committing itself is all that matters? Even if its to someone not worth committing to? What if we have good reasons not to commit? Are those reasons not good enough for you? Do you know whats out there? Most women are used up sluts by the time they turn 25.
