Too flamboyant?

May 10, 2017

I don't go around telling everyone I'm gay but apparently everyone in my school already knows and talks shit about me. I guess it's because I kind of have girly interests or whatever, but masculine ones as well. I need to be less annoying to people and bitchy in general because I know that nobody likes but I think it's because are that way to me naturally. Any tips/advice?

  • Try to recognize when you're being bitchy, then train yourself out of it by stopping yourself in the act, making it a less natural response for you.

  • If you already have masculine interests, place focus on those.

  • Speak from your mask (quoted from older comment):

Please don't force it. Instead, try to work with what you have to get a better outcome (better voice). I've taken the time to look up a few videos for you that I've seen before, the bottom line is: speak from your mask. It's about 16 minutes of video, and I think it should be very interesting to you provided that you haven't already looked into this subject before. Costs nothing to watch and then put to practice; there's no need to buy anything.

Above all, give it some thought to what degree you want to change yourself, and to what degree it may be more sensible to accept yourself. Just because people are talking, doesn't mean you have to change.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
