Anyone else feel this way?

The last part I talked about to my therapist. We're still working through it, but apparently it's a low self esteem issue. Because you are worth it. You are amazing. I've always had severe abandonment issues which lead me to being in an abusive relationship in the past. Now im focusing on getting my self esteem higher and know my own self worth.

I do too. I’m working through it. I’m 28 and even though you couldn’t pay me to go back to my ex boyfriend, I feel that the last few years of your 20s should be about dating around and having fun if your single. I’ve still got a shape. I can get away with certain things that once age sets in, I can’t.

Thing is, if I still want kids, there’s still about 12 years. I know most people aren’t the same as they were 12 years ago and a lot dies happen. I just refuse to settle anymore. I’ve been settling since I was 18. In terms of self esteem, it’s something that gets worked on over time and with therapy. I’ve felt the same way you do. We all are unique and special and if someone doesn’t like your brand of it, they can kick rocks.

The ones who are in touch with themselves are probably aware of this and fight against this urge to use pornography. I mean, it's not good for brain. There are even no fap subrredits.
