A guy I've been talking to, who has showed interest in me for the last few months just told me his ex from 4 years ago messaged him and wants to meet up with him and he said he is going to meet up with her. Should I block and delete him?

Unless they have kids together and are working on arrangements, block him and delete. There is no good reason for him to meet an ex that isn’t tied into baggage you don’t want to be involved in.

If he was really interested in you, he wouldn't be "meeting up with" an ex, whether or not she's married. It seems like she's looking to cheat and he's happy to participate.

Also, it doesn't matter if that woman's behavior is toxic. Her behavior isn't any of your concern. All you should be worried about is you.
