Do one of my hobbies or get some exercise. The endorphins really help with reducing the gross feelings I get when I think of past relationships.

I just read my list of shitty stuff they did to me, I started making the list in anticipation for the inevitable break up. Really helped me out.

I let myself acknowledge the good thought, but I make sure to include a "negative" thought about them as well. Every good behaviour they demonstrated is paired with some way they treated me poorly.
