Question:

When I try A&A it tends to come out sarcastic, hurtful, mean-spirited, and not funny. Where I'm at, I probably need to STFU and build my frame, but I would like to research A&A. Does anyone have any good links they can refer me to? It doesn't seem covered in much depth in the required reading in the sidebar.

Note: The required reading seems to be mostly conversation judo. Wear out the bull. Which is fine. A&A seems to be about forcefully projecting your frame with the expectation the other enters it - in order to do that, it needs to be playful and fun. They'll enter your frame because it is more fun to be in. That is appealing to me. I'd like a hundred examples, like WISNIFG beat me over the head with, to internalize it.

AND YES, I do realize it needs to be internal, part of my frame, not memorized "techniques." Still, drinking in examples like it is water and I am incredibly thirsty, will help.
