Recently got back into the gym because LIFT.

I was in on the 27th doing bench, and when I went back in to do bench today (I did arms and squat the other days with two rest days since then.) my bench was reduced by almost 50% for my 1 rep max when I got back in today, it was like I could barely hold the weights.

I have good form(have a pt helping me), and while I have a prior shoulder injury, my form usually gets around it, beside that my other arm was struggling just as bad.

How long do I really need to wait between exercises. I'm focusing on the major 3/4 lifts and it feels like I put enough time for my chest to heal.

Thoughts?

Edit: I should add that I average about 7hrs of sleep (when my body naturally wakes me up)

Average about 70 - 90 grams of protein a day.

Specifically trying to bulk.
