I am 38 (5’10” – 200, 13-15BF% depending on the day. Wife is 37 (5:6” – 156”, and unhealthy BF in my opinion and she will not me measure. Together since HS 20 years now. 18.5 (made up of several 3-6 month stinks mostly due to career change) have been well above average. I lead well and she is submissive in areas that matter. Also, a SAHM…with a MD.

Two kids 9 and 8. Period of time in my looks that has been shit, but that was over 15 years ago. When it comes to looks and weights now I am top 20% easily.

In my mid 20’s I got an IT job that had an unlimited supply of code red mountain dew. Took me from a 32 weight to a 44 in about a year.

Around 25 I go into motorcycle racing and quickly realized that the weight and cardio was in issue if I want to do to well. By 27 I was fit as fuck from a cardio perspective but not lifting. Skinny fat.

Kids come along at 30 and I hung up the leathers, so I start doing running racings 5K, 10, a ton of half marathons and marathons. Finally, I get into Tri and do a Half and Full. These are no small tasks and I finished in decent time.

That ended about 2 years so, so after comping up with a new plan about 18 month ago I started lifting with no plan or real goal until Mid 2016. Finally, in Jan 2017 I put the hammer down and modified a bunch of programs to fit my needs. No need to put weights here, but I am very close to (1000-pound club) on the main 3 lifts. Q3 2017 Goal for sure,

All the while my wife has been in OK shape but nothing to get hard over. She can pull off the right bikini.

For about the past 3 moths I cook 90% of my own meals, or she cooks what I want for me. Kids are difficult so I do a good job watching what they eat, but the time will come for them to get in line. My wife is generally on her own since she thinks my food is boring. Last night I had steak and eggs, and she make some chicken with cream of chicken casserole thing. I was energetic and happy, she was tired an lateritic for this shit she ate.

So, my questions is – It this another 1000 rope foot thing I have going on. I am (partially) confused that she hasn’t caught on quicker. In fact, when I was making food last night her comment was “I am tired of the same chicken, eggs, meat, etc.) you cook. I told her if you want something else you are free to make it with a smirk.

The final post I will make is that I have two friends that complete (AM) in WBFF. Now grated they got like 1-5 place to last but it was an awesome experience and teaches you a lot about yourself. Who wants to step on stage knowing you are going to place in the bottom 5? I have been looking into it for 2018 and when the wife found out when absolutely crazy. “You almost 40, you have no nosiness walking around on stage with your public hairs showing (even thow I trim them) and all those hot women around you wanting pics and who knows what else.

Since then I have contacted a few trainers for intro info, as I need official competition in my like. This isn’t about banging the hot runway model but proving something to myself. And to keep a highly ADHA brain busy on jobs, goals and ambitions.

Final Question for me: – From a MRP perspective what do you supposed is going on in her hamster? Justification she isn’t pulling her weight? Afraid of a NEXT? Or just the typical crab in a bucked mentality. I still fuck her 3-5 times a week, but I have caught her covering her tummy as if hiding it during sex which is an instant boner kill her. Keep in mind this woman is 154 as this morning, and could fix this with diet and exercises. I love her and want her to be happy but how do you develop self confidence in someone not ready. – I guess the answer is you cant.

Only question for her. I again assume is this tie 100o rope analogy and I need to be more patenting. I have tried co-workouts but they don’t work. I have tried the DGAF but it doesn’t work. I cook 8/10 meals for the family and 10/10 for me. Hell can’t deny 7, 9 year olds the occasional; fresh fry can you.
