Are those subs also anti RP and an alt is needed or they won't care?
I often have specific questions and while RP contributors like Sepean have helped so far I don't know if I should post questions that are strictly about lifting and fairly specific here.
For example, lately when squatting at my SL5x5 max weight (70 kg last time), I haven't yet needed to deload but to complete the 4th or 5th rep in the last sets I feel myself bringing the knees together to finish the rep. Is this cheating / bad for knees or normal?
Also Sepean usually says to do pull ups or chinups or dips together with SL5x5. Would that be at the end of the session? I tried and couldn't do a single pull up after the barbell row/deadlift set(s).
