So before Christmas I weighed myself I was 98kg I am 5ft8, I know that I probably have put weight back on over the Xmas period. I currently live in the UK where the gyms are not open and plan to join a gym once they open, however I was wondering if there is anything I can do at home, I run 5k 3 times a week, and sometimes I play football(soccer) when the rules allow us too, but is there any home workouts or apps that I can use to start the slimming of the stomach.
