A relationship is kinda like a contract so, you want to be serious and direct , but also avoid sounding needy and weak. You just need to be clear about it, no dread game and shit like that.

Sounding non chalant is your best bet.

The single most important thing from her is the desire to be your girlfriend. If she has it, she will let you know.

If she doesn't have it, trying to make her your GF will be unattractive behavior to her and will only push her away.

First make the case to yourself why?

Is this your only girl at the moment? are you her only guy? is she worthy? Does she do the things that make you want to LTR her? Is she loyal to you?

Honestly you need to take a hard look as to why you are willing to do this. Of the girls that I've plated and then they sought out a relationship with me I wouldn't ever even consider it.
