Have any of you guys seen an improvement in your wellbeing/frame by seeing a therapist? Do you recommend a male? It seems silly to me for a man to see a female therapist, but I’m sure that happens.

I’m in my late twenties now, in a pretty good place but wondered if I can take that up a notch. My initial thought is to just work things out for myself and I don’t have any drastic “problems” so to speak, just normal human stuff.
