I'm pretty sure the calmness is due to cortisol being lower during evenings/night so your body is ready to fall asleep. During morning there's a spike to wake you up and shit's more stressful.

Yes, same happens to me. I can't even properly work during the day, but at night, my brain goes on steroids.

Some of us just aren't meant to be awake when the sun is shining

My vision is extremely clear during night. I'd think of my previous interaction with women and realize that how stupid I behaved and what she meant actually, how stupid I was to not get it, I'd know what exactly should have been done. I'd make notes in my head and search for it on trp thread for the exact thing, then I'd realize that why I didn't search for this before, how pathetic. Everything will vanish and I don't remember or don't want to do the things I learnt that night. Then I'd realize I'm just lazy af to get things right.
