hey wasup guys, i'm just curious, does anyone know any websites that shows specifically how much protein/carbs/calories etc you need for a particular height? I just watched a video that blew me away, i'm currently trying to bulk been skinny my entire life actually gained 20 pounds from the beginning of this year to now i was ridiculously skinny but i've been stuck on the same weight for a while now not going up or down and eating a lot, been forcing food and not seeing any.. muscle improvement.. until i learned something tonight from this guy i never knew you could over eat and your body discharges the excess protein that you intake.. so basically that was my problem, So i was wondering if anyone know any websites that you can type on your height, how much you weight and it shows you the amount of protein/calories you need, thanks in advance guys.
