The only way to make your muscles bigger is to make them stronger. It’s easier to do that in the gym than with body weight exercises

Because the spend all day every day training only their upper body with bodyweight exercises from a young age

You can make great gains with calisthenics. And you can add weight and resistance to said movements as well..

I have been back in the gym for a bit but honestly feel like I looked better doing my home workouts with high rep calisthenics. Weighted push ups pull ups. Dumbbells for shoulders....lunges for legs etc

Calisthenics is about gaining bodyweight strength though. It can help you add muscle but can only take you so far.

Other then lifting/calisthenics I suggest taking boxing/muay thay classes etc., it'll only do you good.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
