So I broke up with my ltr of 5 years 3 weeks ago. Lifting and the gym has helped me get over her a lot faster than I thought I would. Also been doing a lot of life improvement, just got my driving licence etc.

Anyway I go to the gym 3 times a week but I need to find a good lifting routine. I google routines etc but I just find the information overwheeling! Is there any place you guys have found to be a good concise wealth of information to help me make my gym time much more effective?

Any help would be very much appreciated!
