Do women treat you like shit when you have low smv?

I’m not talking about plates/gf I’m talking about coworkers, acquaintances and mutual friends. I gained some fat and women I use to be cool with look at me with disgust and won’t look at me when I talk or they look at my for seconds then turn around.
